The morning sun shone through the window. It was warmer than last night. Rebecca woke next to Rick, somehow remembering how this happened. He was asleep snoring with his hand behind his head, other arm hanging over the bed and dribble running down his face. She lifted her head up from his chest and looked at him laughing to herself quietly. She thought about taking a photo for blackmail but decided not to. She got up and somehow managed to make it over Rick without waking him up. Damn, he was a heavy sleeper.

Rebecca grabbed a hair tie from the bathroom, plopping her hair up on top of her head and holy shit was it a lot of hair. Rebecca looked at her arm where the laser bullet went completely through her forearm. There was still a scar because hell, healing serums can only do so much. That was the thing about science, you never really stop improving things. Rebecca ran her fingers over it.

"Huh." She flattened her lips and shrugged.

Rebecca made her way down the stairs. To see Beth setting bags down on the table.

"Hiya, Beth. Rick is um- "

"Upstairs?" Beth raised her eyebrows, giving Rebecca "a look" with a smile on her face.

"Yeah, but it's not-" Rebecca freaked out.

"Shhh sh sh. I have a surprise for you." Beth said handing her a bag.

When Rebecca looked into the bag to see multiple pairs of cargo pants and crop tops, just like she had worn. In different colours and different shades.

"Beth. You didn't!" Rebecca looked at her.

"I did!" Beth grabbed Rebecca's hands. "You have treated us so well, I mean, except for Jerry but he deserved it, " she laughed. "And I just want to thank you for that, I'm so thankful to have you around! You do so much for my family, and Morty has really gotten used to you being around. I- I think this is good." She smiled, full of sentiment.

"Awe, Beth, you're gonna make me cry." Rebecca wiped under her eye, smiling with a quivering lip.

Rick came down the stairs, hunched over and drinking out of his flask.

"Gross." He burped.

"Hi, dad." Beth smiled, dropping Rebecca's hands.

"Heya, Rick."

"Hi, sweetie." He took another swig.

"Rebecca, I need your help with ughhh som-thiii-ng in the *burps* garage." He tossed his flask to her.

"Well," Beth laughed. "I think he may actually like you, he's sharing his flask." She said taking the grocery bags to the kitchen, Rebecca helped her.

"If only the shit in that flask was good, Beth." Beth burst out laughing and Rebecca joined her.

"It's so awful!" Beth agreed, laughing.

"Okay, okay" Rebecca gathered herself, "I gotta, gotta *burp* go to the garage." She mimicked Rick fumbling out of the kitchen laughing harder than she had been before. When she walked in the garage she could hear Beth howling with laughter.

"What the f-uuugh-ck is up with her?" Rick pointed out the door.

"Aw forget it she's just um, Ya know, Beth." She held back laughter, dusting off her clothes and clearing her throat. "What we working on?"

"My car battery isn't *burps* w-working."

"Buy a new one?" Rebecca furrowed her brow.

Rick's face went blank at her slight moment of stupidity. "It's- It's- It's a microverse battery, you idiot!" He threw up his arms, dribbling everywhere.
