I think Mr. Castillo from the 5th episode is Ms. Grundy's abusive ex husband because when Archie told him that Ms. Grundy helped him he got all weird so then that must mean I think Mr. Castillo shot Fred as a warning because he found out about Ms. Grundy and Archie.
