I woke up to the sun blazing . Sitting up, I groaned as I rubbed sleep out of my eyes. I looked over to my clock and it read 3:59 a.m.

I smiled to myself, perfect timing. I jumped out of bed right as a wave of dizziness hit me.

My eyesight went black and all I could hear was a buzzing noise. I tripped and fell scraping my knee on the hardwood floor and banging my head against my desk.

" Son of a Davy Crokette!!!!" I screeched as I held my head in my hands. Frick!! I'm blinnnddd!!!!!

I laid there on the floor until the wave of nausea passed.

I sighed as I stood up, but smiled at the fact that I could see again. I limped to the bathroom slightly because of the booboo on my knee...

'damn floor,' I thought to myself.

I turned the shower water on hot and jumped in, sighing in peace.

15 minutes later downstairs in the kitchen.

My wet hair stuck to my shirt as I cooked scrambled eggs and waffles with coffee for breakfast.

I started to mentally sing Set fire to the rain by Adelle because I am just that awesome. I danced and spun around the kitchen while waiting for the food to cook.

In the middle of my twirl I heard the chairs scrape across the floor, indicating that all the boys from last night and my dad had just sat down for breakfast.

I scooped the eggs onto plates and gave them each two pancakes. Pigs..how can they eat this much?!? Yeesh they must be preggers.

I ran out of the kitchen carrying four plates on one arm and two on the other. I dropped their plates in front of them and started to pour syrup on their pancakes.

" Eh-hem." A nasaly voice coughed, pretending to clear her little bitchy throat that I'd just love to choke.

I took a calming deep breath and looked up at my father's "Girlfriend." She had platinum blond hair that reached her shoulders and ice blue eyes. Had all the curves in the right place and was also petit at the same time. To be perfectly honest, she was runway ready material.

I narrowed my eyes at her and gave her a throaty growl that I used whenever someone pissed me off.

" Yes Ursula?" I smiled gratefully at her...note the sarcasm.

She narrowed her own eyes at me and scooted closer to my father. I felt my blood boil, she doesn't deserve him! My brain screamed.

He was too loving and caring, and her... Well I gave her the nickname Ursula for a reason!

" Don't I get any food?" She snapped.

My father coughed "It's okay sweetheart we can share off my plate." He smiled at her and she batted her eyelashes at him.

Yuck! I think I'm about to hurl!

"I didn't know you had a slumber party with Barbie over there so how would I know to make extra?!" I glared at my own father this time. He bowed his head, his green eyes showing sadness and guilt. I kept shooting daggers at his pitch black hair until I realized I was being unfair.

I sighed and walked over to him, bending down and kissing his head. His arms immediately wrapped around my waist and snuggled into my stomach. I patted his head and he looked up at me with those puppy dog eyes I just couldn't resist.

"Do you forgive me?" He whimpered.

Awe!!! Gosh darn it! He is such a girl sometimes!!! But I can't stand being mad at him...I love him too much.

I smiled and nodded my head. A grin spread to his face as he jumped up from the table and lifted me into the air swinging me around.

I laughed and hooked my arms his neck pulling him into a tight hug. I reached up on my tippy toes and whispered into his ear. " You better get going, don't wanna be late on your first job application do you?" I smiled at him sadly. I didn't want him leaving me for the day.

He kissed me on the forehead and ran his fingers through my wet hair. " Don't worry princess I'll be home before you know it."

I smiled at him and tightened his tie around his neck. Patting his cheek I told him to get his sorry butt out of the house.

" You boys! Go follow him and make sure he doesn't get into anymore trouble!" I yelled at them pointing towards the door.

They all jumped up from the table and ran, pecking me on the cheek as they left.

I wiped my hands on my jeans and started to clean up their mess.

" You're such a whore, you know that right?" Ursula laughed at me.

I turned my head around and smiled sweetly at her even though I was about to choke her, Violence is never the answer Amber...sarcasm is on your side though.

"Oh no, see,  I was going to give you a nasty look but I see you already have one." I turned back around and carried the dishes to the kitchen.

I dumped them in the sink and started to fill it with water when I heard her come stomping in.

" You know you look horrid in those clothes, and honey have you heard of the new invention called make-up? You should really read up on it since you obviously need it." She grinned at me evilly.

" Hey remember when I asked for your opinion?" No reply. " Oh yeah that's right me either." I turned back around and tended to my dishes.

That one hurt a little though, I mean a girl shouldn't have to get all dolled up for people, people should like you for your personality, not your looks.

A frown appeared on my face as I started to scrub the dishes. I didn't own one single shred of make up. Not one. I mean ewwww that's girly stuff!!!! And I am nowhere near girly let me tell you!

I heard her puff out a breath of annoyance as she left the room. Thank the lords! I praised. God who could ever love a bitch like that?!? I mean I just want to tear her eyes out right here right now!!

My frowned deepened as I felt the guilt of mentally saying what I just said. No one deserved to be talked about like that, especially behind said person's back.

I cleaned the dishes and went straight up into my room, remembering I was home alone.

I swung into my closet, getting ready to find an outfit for the day so that I could go grocery shopping.

I decided on a pair of sneakers and denim jeans with a tank top since it was summer. I smiled to myself thinking it was going to be a good day.
