I got arrested today.
I'm imagining the look that'd be on your face.
That beautiful yet disappointed expression.
They asked me why I did it.
I'm only hearing the argument we would've had.
So, here's to you, my heart's confession.
I wasn't always the greatest boyfriend.
But I will always love you to no end.
And now, for it, I do the time.
I'm locked in a cell.
And I'm waiting for my parents' bail.
