Kurt was waiting in the loft, Diet Coke in one hand and a spell book in the other. He was doing his spell training making sure (even though he knows it) that his spells are perfected and ready for when Valentine attacks again. The front door opens and closed and in walks Blaine in his gear. He looks upset. Blaine fell to the floor and Kurt rushed over, dropping his Diet Coke, and sat next to Blaine whispering sweet nothings into his ear.
"Shhh baby it's ok I'm here....I'm here"
Rocking Blaine back and forth while Blaine cried in his shoulder is not how Kurt was planning to spend their first half an hour alone but Blaine needed this.
"Kurt they kicked me out. They said that they didn't want a son who was dating a downworlder so I...I stuck up for you I really did in so sorry"
Kurts eyes went dark. Why did they do that to their son?
"Does Santana know?"
"She tried stopping me from leaving but mum had already sent for me to get my stuff"
Kurt clicked his fingers and a medium drip appeared in his hands. Blaine laughed a little
"Did you even pay for that?"
"Shhhhh just drink it"
Kurt and Blaine both giggled and Blaine picked up his coffee
"Hold up is this from England"
"Blaine just drink the dam coffee"
They laughed again and Blaine was drinking his coffee
"I am so sorry this happened to you Blaine, you don't deserve any of it. Just know that this is never going away, us, together, forever. Nothing is going to change. I'm with you and your with me and that's all we need. But if you want I will happily turn your mother into a toad"
"Kurt!"?
They giggled together, happily. For the first time in forever Blaine felt....happy. He has his wonderful warlock boyfriend and he is as happy as he will ever be.
"Ok enough of this come on"
Kurt stood up and helped Blaine up. Kurt sat on the couch and put on RuPauls Drag Race.
"Ok I swere if Sasha doesn't win I will cry"
Blaine found kurt very adorable. The things Kurt is passionate about and the characters he watches he is fascinated by them, brings a gleam to Blaine's eye
"I love you"
Kurt froze. They had never said that to eachother before. He turned to face Blaine and looked into his eyes. Yes he loves this man, he always has done, but he had never said it, not even to Adam, but Blaine was......different.
"I...I love you too"
They smiled and kissed each other
Maybe today wasn't so bad after all
