YooJung's POV

I grabbed my bag pack as I was walking out of the classroom. I saw Jaemin leaning against the locker , flirting with this one girl.

Apparently that girl is known to be the prettiest girl in the school but she's just average to me.

I've seen better.

Jaemin's eyes adverted to mine and he walked towards me , blocking my walkway. I looked at him in the eyes , clearly with annoyance but he doesn't seem to know it.

" Move. " He smiled , well more specifically , fake smile.

" No. " I pushed him a side before walking past him. His eyes widened as he ran in front of me to block my way again.

" Because of you , I can't hit the girl up. " I rolled my eyes. Does he thinks I care about him hitting someone up ? He literally have a huge line of girls waiting.

" There's more girls out there that wants you. " He smirked before pushing me against the wall and using his two arms to block my way.

" Are you one of them ? " He placed his face nearer to mine as he smirked hoping that I would give some sort of reaction.

Well , I did.

" I'm one of them , if i'm blind. " I smiled before pushing him away , and walked out of the school gate like nothing happened.

What do girls even see in him ?

His just average , There's like Ji Chang wook out there guys , if you want those flower boys kind of guys , there is someone called Cha Eunwoo.

I walked to the bus stop to see my good friend , Yeon Raeun. She's the cutest little fluff ball ever but at the same time , she's really hard working.

I sat beside her and she turned her head to look at me.

" What's up with your expression ? " She poked my cheek and I shrugged. She kept pestering me to tell her and I finally did.

" My dad is a fortune teller. " She smiled.

Every day after school , I would head over to Raeun's house since it's near my parents's restaurant.

" And your telling me because ? " She smiled before dragging me into the bus and throughout the bus ride , she's literally smiling to herself.

I think she's telling me that her dad is a fortune teller so that he might see that in the near future , she might become a manic.

After we alighted from the bus , she dragged me and started running to her house.

I know school isn't fun but is going home that exciting that she have to run so quickly ? I didn't know she was that good in running.

" Appa ! I'm home ! " She screamed the moment she opened the door and a rather tall build man walked out with a smile.

I greeted him and he nodded.

" Appa , Can you see our fortune ? " He nodded and we followed him as he walked into the living room. He took out a small table and placed some items at the top.

He then said something which I can't detect and then he asked for our palm.

" I'll go first. " Raeun said as she placed her hand on her dad's hand. He observed it and nodded before asking her to pick a few cards.

" Raeun's fortune is pretty good , she will find her soulmate soon but if he dares to break your heart your father will kill him. " He smiled.

It's actually really creepy even though it's supposed to be heartwarming.

" Your luck isn't that good and something bad will happen to someone near you soon. " He said.

" As for your career , which is a student. Your grades would be pretty unstable but eventually it will be stable but you have to work hard. " She nodded and he asked for my palm.

His eyes widened and he started saying some words that as usual , I can't understand.

I pick a few cards and he nodded.

" Your soulmate is actually near you and you've already found him. You guys would fight and break up but there's just a bond between you guys that can't be break. " I nodded.

" Your grades will remain stable and for your luck wise , it wasn't very good as well but it's still passable. There will be someone that tries to harm you so please beware of th- "

His eyes widened , he started saying some prayers and then he quickly closed the table and keep all the cards.

" Drink this. " He said as I took the cup and drank it. He sighed in relieve before wiping the beads of sweat on his forehead.

" What happened ? " Raeun asked.

" There's bad spirit around you that is trying ways to harm you. There will be someone in school that hates you and tries to harm you. " He warned.

" Did he or she succeed ? " Raeun asked , worriedly.

" Unfortunately , yes. " My eyes widened , he then passed me a piece of green gem and he told me to bring it with me wherever I go.

" Do Not take the short path. "

He warned before I left the house to read to my parent's restaurant. Honestly , whatever Raeun's dad said scared me.

My enemy did succeed in harming me , but who hates me ?

I walked down the street and spotted my parent's restaurant before opening the door , walking in.

I ordered a plate of Kimchi Fried Rice and started eating it. After that , I completed my homework before relaxing at a corner.

" I think you should head home first , customers are coming in one by one and it's getting crowded. We might only be home at night. " I nodded.

I grabbed my bag pack and walked to the nearest bus stop to wait for the bus.

I heard familiar voices from afar and I turned around to see the group of basketballers from my school which also means Jaemin is within the group.

I used my earpiece to avoid their noisiness.

Suddenly , someone pulled out my earpiece and I glared at the person. He smiled at me before sitting beside me and plugging the earpiece into his ear.

He placed his arm around my shoulder and placed his face really close to mine.

" You stink. "
