Part Four: Telling Each Other

Tomika's POV
Today is the first day that we aren't as excited to rock in class like normal. But also, everyone is still bummed out that Mick Bronson didn't think that our sound was fit for a record label. If there is one thing to worry about right now, it's friendship! Everyone is still up and talking, maybe they think this is an opportunity to get better for next time ! Summer, Freddy, and Lawerence all seem super happy. But, then I look over and see Zack looking not so happy at all. He could be sad or upset for a different reason?
Zack's POV
I will admit that I am really bummed that Mick Bronson didn't like our sound, what is there not to like ? Our amazing sound and once again that beautiful voice that Tomika has! I can see her looking at me, she knows something is wrong! She might think that it's different from the Mick Bronson situation because everyone seems totally fine. They see it as an opportunity to get better for next time! She walks over to me. "Hey Zack, are you ok?" Tomika starts. "Yes I am fine." I say back. "It doesn't seem like you're ok?" Tomika questions me again. "Eh maybe not." I say in nervousness. "Well what's wrong?" She says. "Ok, well let's say that there's this girl and she's super special to this guy, but he has no idea how to tell her he likes her, what would you do?" I say totally nervous as ever now. "I think he should just be straightforward and tell her he likes her!" Tomika says. "Ok here goes nothing!" I say. "What?" Tomika questions. "Tomika, I like you. I have for such a long time, you're so beautiful and talented, and just an amazing person overall. I hope this doesn't ruin our friendship Tomika." I say that with much pride!
Tomika's POV
I can't believe that Zack just told me how he feels about me. I honestly think it's kind of awesome how he was so brave and not scared to tell me how he feels. But first, I have to figure out how I feel first. I haven't really thought about Zack in that way until now. He just seems like a really nice guy, and he's actually really cute! "Zack, I like you too. Although I will be honest, never thought things would turn out this way." I say that in pride! "Really? You feel the same way? Thats awesome!" Zack says excitedly. It is really cute to see Zack like this !
