I humble myself
I humble myself because the world is cold
And needs warmth to unfoldI humble myself because like God, I value love.
To me it shines brighter than the stars above.
I humble myself because others don't
But need to take a note
I humble myself because I don't need overwhelming pride
It will be like a too high ride
I humble myself because we're surrounded by hate.
Why not make a better trait?
To me, being humble is as rich and admirable as gold.
Because it sets a honorable path on a calm rode.
If humbleness emersed the air, I will never let go of my breath.
Because it will taste so sweet and selfless, I think I would be helpless.
So I wish to be humble
So I won't ever tumble
Against the hatred and bursts cold that could devour me
But like a key
I open the doors to embellish the trait of humbleness
To unfold the warmth the cold never felt
To add to the kindness that made icebergs melt
To be a child of God and value love and humbleness
