Devon's POV
I walked into the bathroom and lifted a loose tile. A razor lay flat on the floor; I picked it up and put it close to my skin. The cold metal pierced my skin and warm blood trickled down my arm. Tears ran down my face and the cut bled. I felt alone in this world and thought no one would care. But then I remembered the two down stairs. Tayla and Noah. The one two who care. They would be upset if they found out I cut, so I put the razor back and punched the mirror. Blood trickled on a piece to make it look like I cut myself picking up the pieces.
"What happened?" Tayla asked with a raised voice.
"I broke the mirror and accidentally cut myself on a piece. Don't worry I'm fine," I said back. Noah didn't yell up the stairs, so I assumed he was asleep on the couch or went home. I picked up the pieces and got little cuts on my fingers. Tayla came up and bandages all the cuts.
"Be more careful next time," Tayla said with a weak smile, "I want you safe and in one piece." Her arms wrapped around me and squeezed me tight. Noah walked up the stairs and looked at us. He walked to us and hugged both of us tightly. We all sat on our knees on the bathroom floor, hugging one another.
"I love you guys," she said obviously holding back tears.
"I love you too Tay," I said back.
"I love you both more," Noah smiled
