Your P.O.V.
I walked around a town with my sister Pet and my talking cat Aka.
"Where are we?" My twin sister asked me.
"I'm not sure Pet." I mumbled, rubbing my eyes out of tiredness.
"Just kill me now." Pet said with a defeated look.
"Come on, I'm sure we can find Glacier. Mommy couldn't have gone far." I said to Pet.
Pet nodded, Aka sat on my head staring ahead of us.
My name is Y/n L/N.
I'm an ice dragon slayer!
Well, Pet is too!
Our mommy was Glacier the strongest dragon I've ever known, the only one to be honest!
On the seventh month of the seventh year and the seventh day, Glacier.... was gone!
We're searching the world for our mommy, and we've been searching... for a long time almost 4 years..
The flying and talking cat on my head is Aka, he came from an egg!
I found the egg one day and decided to keep it!
And my little cat popped out.
I smiled at the thought when Aka was born.
"Hey, little girls." A guy said, he surrounded Pet, Aka and I with his group of people.
They snickered, "Hand over your jewels and we won't have to hurt you!" The man said with a cocky grin.
We checked our pockets, nothing, we haven't eaten in what.... a week?
I'm starving.
"Sorry, we don't have any jewel." I answered.
"Liars!" A woman said.
"Liars?" I asked, "We aren't liars, and I don't think you want to see our magic. Do you?" I asked in a menacing voice.
They just laughed at us.
I looked at Pet, she nodded. "NOW PET!" I yelled.
Pet jumped, looking like she was gunna tackle them but really she latched on to the mans leg and screamed, "FIRE!!!!" As loud as she could.
I latched on to his other leg with Aka holding on to my back for dear life.
"Let go of me brats!" He yelled shaking his legs.
"Time to freeze em!" I told Pet.
She nodded, "ice dragon....;" we started, our mouths closed and cheeks got huge.
"ROOOOOOOAAAAAAAARRRRR!" We screamed, blast of a blizzard looking thing shot out of our mouths freezing the mans legs.
We jumped off of his legs, he tried to stand, but his legs were frozen.
I high fived Pet.
But... then I realized... there is a whole group of these people.
They glared at us.
"Pet.." I said.
"Run?" She asked.
"Run." I answered, we turned around and ran. I held onto Aka as we ran down the streets of this town.
We saw a big building, with a symbol above the doors.
"In there!" I said pointing to the building.
We saw a two boys fighting! Perfect.
We ran towards them jumping on their heads then jumping upwards on top of the building.
"OW!" They whined.
A girl with red hair and armor came out to see what was going on.
"We're in trouble, Y/n." Pet told me.
"Don't worry, we got the height, which means we could try and freeze them all in one blow." I told her.
Pet looked at me not so sure.
"Trust me, Pet!" I said.
She sighed standing on the edge of the roof, we held hands and intertwined our fingers.
"Who are you two? Tell me at once!" The red head girl asked us.
"Get back." I said to her.
She looked at me puzzled.
She stepped back dragging the two boys with her.
"ICE DRAGON; RRRRROOOOOOOOAAAAAAARRRRR!!!" Pet and I yelled in unison.
The blizzard looking thing shot out of our mouths again, freezing all of the guys that were after us.
"Told ya!" I said and grinned at Pet.
Pet gave me a side smile and nodded.
Aka jumped on my head, staring down at the three kids.
Soon a girl with blue hair stepped out confused on what was happening.
"I need to go up there! Both of them are dragon slayers too!" One of the boys said.
"What do we do now?" Pet asked me.
"I'm not sure... run for it?" I asked.
Pet nodded, we turned around about to run but someone jumped in front of us.
It was a man with slick orange hair.
"Who are you two." He asked.
"Were in trouble now!" Pet said to me.
"The other way!" I said.
We turned to our left but there was a man with dark blue hair.
We turned left and a boy with spiky blond hair was there.
We were surrounded AGAIN.
"Ok, another method!" Pet said.
"What's that?!" I asked her.
"Play dead, duh!" She said falling on her back and sticking no out her tongue.
I nodded and did the same.
So did Aka.
The two men just chuckled, the blond haired boy stared at me.
"Laxus, get your grandfather." The orange haired man said to the spiky blonde.
The spiky blonde nodded and left.
"This isn't working is it?" Pet asked me, "no." I replied.
Aka,Pet and I sat up and stared at the two men.
"We won't hurt you." The orange one said.
"Yeah, I'm Macoa, and this is Guildarts. Will you tell us your name?" Macoa asked.
"Mama Glacier said never share your name with strangers." Pet whispered to me.
I nodded to Pet.
And shook my head to Macoa and Guildarts.
They both sighed.
Aka jumped on my head.
"I think we should tell them." I told Pet.
"Fine." She replied.
"I'm Y/n, this is my twin sister Pet." I told Macoa and Guildarts.
They smiled down at us.
"And im Aka!" Aka said laying on my head.
"He talks?" Macoa asked.
"Of course!" I said.
Pet stared up at Guildarts, she stood up and jumped on him.
He was surprised and scared to move..
She crawled to his back and started messing up his hair.
"So...soft..." Pet said and continued playing and ruffling his hair.
Macoa laughed, he laughed so hard he was crying.
"Pet! Don't be rude, I know your going crazy from hunger but you can stop playing with his hair!" I scolded her.
She grumbled and jumped off of Guildarts and sat next to me.
Soon a small old looking am. Walked up to us.
"So, are you the girls people have been talking about?" The old guy asked.
"Huh?" Pet Aka, and I asked obliviously.
Pet held her stomach, "urrgghhhh do guys have ANY ice..." pet asked.
"Pet!" I scolded her in a loud whisper.
"How bout we get off the roof, and you come inside of this guild hall with me?" The old guy asked.
I shrugged standing up, Pet stood up, and we followed the old guy.
~~TIME SKIP~~
After a big talk we ended up joining this guild called Fairy Tail.
I had the Fairy Tail guild mark in my favourite colour on my (B/P =body part).
I got to meet a lot of people.
But someone who caught my attention the most was the boy with spiky blonde hair.
His name was Laxus.
And he was a dragon slayer too.
I stared down at the table.
This is all so new, a new place, new people... and a new family.
I don't know if I should call it that yet... I haven't been here long.
I sighed and listened to the snoring of Aka.
Pets eyes darted around the place in what looked like clear un interest, but really she wanted to explore the whole place.
I did too, but I didn't want to screw things up!
"I-I need some air." I told Pet excusing myself from the table we were sitting at.
Pet nodded, I handed her Aka and left.
I sat by a tree which was near a lake.
"Mom.. I miss you." I sighed staring at the water.
My face felt warm and wet.. was... was I crying!?
Tough girls don't cry!
I wiped my tears away, forcing myself to keep my emotions locked away.
"No crying today. N-not at all." I sighed.
Then I heard foot steps.
"Who's there." I asked, sniffling a bit.
"Laxus." He answered.
"G-go away." I said not wanting him to see me cry.
I thought those tears disappeared!!
BEGON TEARS BEGON!
"Why are you crying?" He asked.
"I'm not. Tough girls DONT cry." I said still not turning around to face him.
"Really.. you sound like your crying." Laxus said.
"W-well I'm not! Ok!?" I yelled at him, turning around to look at him.
He smirked and held my chin with his thumb and finger.
"You are crying." He said.
"No! There's just something in my eye.." I mumbled.
"Whatever you say.." he said letting go of my chin.
"So what if I was crying? Would you make fun of me?" I asked.
"O-of course not.., I'd c-comfort you.." he mumbled, and looked away from me.
"I'm home sick..." I said staring in the direction of an icy tundra.
Laxus sat beside me, and rubbed circles on my back, "Why are you home sick? When your home is right here." He said looking at the Guild hall in the distance.
I smiled at him, I leaned my head to his chest, "Thank you." I muffled through his chest.
Thank you Laxus, thanks for making me see what's in front of me.
