Laxus's P.O.V.
I waited at the top of a hill watching all the Fairy Tail girl members walk to the guild, all but Y/n and Pet.
Perfect.
They are the only ones who can really defeat me, they aren't even close to a weakling... it's kinda scary.
I remembered her eyes... Y/n's eyes when I told her I'd always be her best friend, she was so happy.
It made my heart flutter a bit.
Ok A LOT!
"Are you ready, Laxus?" Freed asked me.
I smirked, "of course, just wait until Ever gives the cue." I said staring at the guild.
Your P.O.V.
I ran out into the woods, Pet beside me and Aka above me.
The village should be right here... unless.. no he didn't!
He wouldn't, he looked so thoughtful!
Let's just look for a little longer!
We did end up finding a beast though!
"ICE DRAGON FREEZING FIST!" I yelled, ice covered my fist and made spike for my knuckles.
I hit the huge beast on its back.
It squealed in pain.
"ICE DEAGON FREEZING FOOT!" Pet yelled, her left foot was covered in ice and she kicked the beast so far back into the woods we couldn't see it anymore.
"Freezing foot?" I asked her and smirked.
"I was thinking ok!" Pet yelled.
We then burst into giggles
"Why can't we find the village?!" I asked looking around.
"I'm not sure...do you think he..." Pet froze, and looked in the direction of the guildhall.
"Something's up... definitely..." Pet said her focus still in the direction of the guildhall.
"Are you hearing that?" Pet asked in a mumble.
I stepped beside her and listened.
Our mother well.. mother figure Glacier, taught us to listen.. we could hear things from very far away if we listened.
And what I could hear was battling, and... is that Bisca screaming?!
My heart beat quickened,what is going on?!
"I can hear it." I answered her.
"We gatta go back! As fast as we can!" I said.
"WAIT!" Pet said.
"What?" I asked stopping in my tracks.
Aka plopped on my head and stared as Pet went toward where she kicked the monster.
We heard a huge scream of pain then Pet came back with two huge bones, bigger then her.
"What..." I said.
"Well.. I had to put that thing out of his misery!" Pet said handing me a bone.
"And the bones are forrr?" I asked raising an eye brow.
"For whacking!" Pet grinned.
I grinned back and we clanked our Bones together.
"Ready?" I asked her.
"Ready." She said.
Aka got off of my head and followed us as we ran through the woods back to the guildhall.
That bastard. He probably made the job fake!
But... what is he planning?
Laxus's P.O.V.
I fought off Mystogan (sorry if I spelt it wrong!)
Soon Natsu came with Erza following after.
Erza left to try and defeat the floating orbs which were my thunder palace,Natsu began fighting me, Mystogan got knocked out.
Finally, I will be master and kick all the weakling out of the damn guild!
Natsu started fighting me, but I unleashed my true power, only Y/n knew of it.
I was a lightning dragon slayer.
We started fighting and fighting, i was sure to win.
Natsu was about to throw another punch but he stared at the window behind me.
All the colour was drained from his body.
"What, you scared of me now?!" I asked smirking.
He frantically pointed behind me, he was probably trying to get me to turn around so he can have a hit in.
Gajeel was about to join in on our fight but all of his colour was drained from his body too.
It was silent. Until I heard a faint, "LAXUS!" Before I could even turn around something or someone came crashing through the window and i was tackled to the ground.
I started rolling and rolling I crashed through a wall and I kept rolling and soon, I started rolling down a hill.
Then.. I caught a glimpse at what tackled me.
Y/n.
She breathed heavily.
And soon we were rolling so fast she started having a green face.. so did I.
Then we fell straight into a shallow river.
The colour from my body drain as I saw how angry she looked.
She stood up in the river and glared down at me.
I gulped.
"You tricked me." She said.
"CATCH!" I heard Aka scream.
Soon a large object came down, Y/n caught it.
It was a huge bone bigger then Y/n.. bigger then me!
She growled.
The bone started to freeze.
"I believed you.. I thought wow maybe he has changed! Maybe he's the Laxus I used too know! Maybe he actually wants to keep me busy on a job to do some good for once!" She growled.
I stared wide eyed at her.
"But I was wrong! Your still a big d^ck like always!" She yelled at me swinging the bone around.
"Laxus.. I just wanted to tell you." Y/n said calming down a bit.
"I love you. I always have.. but right now... I'm so disappointed in you." She said looking away from me.
There was a pain in my heart... but why?!
S-she said she loved me...what does that matter?!?
But it does... she stared down at me and slammed her foot on my chest.
"Ice dragon..." she started.
"Frozen foot." She sighed.
Her foot became covered with spiky ice.
She lifted her food and slammed it back at my chest.
"Oof!' I said, that.. really hurt.
"It's over, Laxus. Y/n said lifting her foot up.
"B-but-" I started but she cut me off.
"It's over." She said and got out of the water.
But before she left she dropped the huge bone on my chest.
The pain in my heart hurt more then ever.
I stayed laying down in the shallow river. I'm an idiot.
Your P.O.V.
Once I dropped the bone on him I ran off crying.
I'm so angry and disappointed and and..FRUSTRATED!
I finally confessed my love to him and... and I feel good but so angry!
I ran past a defeated looking Bixlow and ran to the tree that I went to all those years ago.
I started punching the ground making a huge hole.
It went DEEP.
"Hi there drinking partner." I heard Cana say.
I looked up at her with tears.
She started backing away.
I shook my head and started punching a tree,in one punch it snapped and fell over.
~~TIME SKIP~~
I gathered with the rest of the thunder legion and everyone started crying, except me as Laxus started walking off.. he was disbanded from the guild.
I crossed my arms and looked at him as he left.
But something snapped in my mind.
I stepped forward, "L-LAXUS!" I called to him.
He turned around and stared at me with a sorry look in his eyes.
I walked up to him and held his hands, "I'll wait for your return... I-I....I love you." I said and kissed his cheek.
His face heated up and he stared into my eyes still holding my hand. "I love you too." He said.
"You--mmph!" I didn't get to finish my sentence, he slammed his lips on mine.
Pet clapped, Bixlow whistled, Evergreen smiled and cheered, Freed stayed quiet.
Once we parted I started crying like crazy as I watched him walk off.
I know one day... he'll return... he'll come back to me.
I walked away with the thunder legion and we went on our float for the parade.
I stuck up my pointer finger and thumb, all of Fairy Tail did it.
Laxus turned around and started crying as he looked at us.
I winked at him and he winked back.
I smiled someday we shall meet again, Laxus.
Someday.
