The city lights lit up in the pitch of black darkness. Elias drove through the night speeding his way down the city streets. I looked over through the window towards the eiffel tower bright gold. I then peaked down at my black dress. By the time we made it downtown we finally stopped by the cabaret.
"Do you know why she may want to see me?" I asked as we parked inside the building.
"To meet you," Elias grinned as he unbuckled my seat. We just sat in the car before we got out of the car.
"So how much was the tickets?" I asked.
"It's not. I mean, Azalina has us covered. We just need to introduce ourselves to the front staff." Elias exclaimed.
"Azalina?, that's an interesting name" I added.
"Yes, it is." He added as he unbuckled his seat. He opened the door to let the cold windy air in.
"Oh it's really cold outside," I added as I opened my side door.
Elias got out of the car as he held onto my hand. I turned on my phone trying to act all casual as I had then realized my phone has been dead for at least since I was at the wedding. I ignored it and put the phone back in my pocket is I held on to Elias's arm.
"Are you nervous?" He asked as we walked down the stairs to the outside streets.
"I don't know. I feel like I'm walking in to something and I'm gonna be the newbie there." I said as I looked over at Elias.
"Elias... look at me." I added as he looked down at me.
"You'll be fine" He responded.
"Yeah... right on a pole I'll be fine." I added as I rolled my eyes.
"I thought you wanted to do this?" He added as he stopped me from moving forward.
"No I do. It's just. Just" I started to add.
"Just what Kaylen?" He tried asking.
"It's just. Maybe I'm not dressed properly. What if I look completely different than anyone else in here?" I asked.
"First of all. You look amazing. You do not have to worry about what you look like. I'm just worried you won't like my cousin. Which is alright you know.." He added.
"Oh Elias.. I'm sure she's lovely." I sarcastically laughed.
Elias lead me down the streets as we came by a sign that said.
"Hmm fancy.." I added as I almost tripped over. Elias caught on to my arm to help me up as we opened the front doors. Inside was a smoky lit red room with bright strands of gold around the corners of the room as lights.
"Kaylen and Elias" Elias said to the cashier.
"Right this way," A darker dressed woman styled with web cotting for a mask around her face. Her appearance was dressed extremely in a promiscuous way.
"Oh okay.." I added as she lead us through into the cabaret.
