I got out of my bed where i'd just been on instagram and twitter reading people's reactions to #kava. For the most part people thought it was cute but of course there were people saying mean things.
Going into my kitchen I got a cup of coffee and some fruit. I grabbed my laptop to get some work done while I ate and before heading to Fran's.
Around 12:00 I got dressed in my favorite bikini with a tank top and shorts on top. (outfit above) I grabbed a few poolside necessities putting them in a large bag. Lastly, I slipped on some flip flops and was out the door.
I arrived at their house only seeing Fran and Bri's cars. I went to ring the doorbell and within seconds the door swung open revealing Franny in a nude bikini.
"come on hot stuff" she yelled pulling me out to the pool "where's everyone else" "you mean where's kian" she joked as i remained silent slightly embarrassed. "him and the boys went to get food" "tell us about your date last night" "well you probably know everything already" I said taking off my clothes to reveal my bikini. "I know Kian's version" "okay well it was absolutely amazing, quite possibly the best night of my life" "omg did y'all kiss? He wouldn't tell me if y'all did" "no we just cuddled and talked for hours, the conversation just flowed so effortlessly" "aww I think you're smitten" "I don't know, but I do look forward to spending more time with him"
The three of us laid out by the pool catching up when we heard noises coming from in the house. Kian and the boys were home, I immediately started getting nervous to see him. They eventually joined us outside. I watched as they ran out jumping into the pool. Soon after, Kian and I finally met eyes causing a smile to break out across our faces. Kian got out of the pool making his way over to me.
"hey there" he said standing at the bottom of my chair. "hi" "you coming in?" he asked. "sure" I said standing up next to him "but you first" I said as I pushed him in. "that's not fair" he yelled at me as everyone laughed.
I turned to sit back down but I felt a pair of hands grab me. Corey had been instructed to throw me into the pool. I hit the water with a splash next to Kian. The boys had done the same to Franny and Bri. I swam up to Kian who had now migrated into a corner of the pool by himself.
"hi" I said as I reached him. "hey" he laughed. "why are you all alone?" "it's getting a bit crowded" "do you want me to leave you alone?" "no, not at all" he spoke reaching for me. I let him pull me into his chest. I felt his wet lips place a kiss on my forehead. "come with me" he grabbed my hand leading me out of the pool and onto one of the lounge chairs in the shade. He laid down pulling me down to lay beside him. "you look great by the way" "thank you" I began blushing as I burrowed my face in his chest. "get a room" Jc yelled across the yard at us. Kian flipped him off but didn't move an inch.
Around 4 we all headed inside to hang out. Kian went up to his room to shower and change. I followed him up so I could use his bathroom after. Once he was done he came out, in only a towel and my breath hitched in my throat. "you can go now i'll get you some clothes when you get out" I took a quick shower rinsing the chlorine off of me. I didn't have any clean clothes so my only option was to walk out in the towel. Thankfully Kian wasn't in the room but had left me some clothes. There was a pair of Franny's shorts and a sweatshirt of his.
I got dressed and went back downstairs to join everyone else. I went up to Fran who was in the kitchen cooking.
"Hey, need any help?" "Actually you can start peeling the potatoes"
We ended up having grilled chicken with veggies and mashed potatoes. All of us talked like we had known each other forever. I truly felt like a member of their weird family.
