Gary Smith X Reader - Part 45 (My Life Would Suck Without You)

As you turned around you saw him. Gary just stood there looking at you with a black eye, a cut on his lip and on the side of his nose.

"The fucked happened to you?" You looked at Gary head to toe. "I got in a fight with Johnny Vincent." He replied. "How and why?" You questioned him. "I threw darts at his head... He also did my head in so I knocked him out." Gary said. "Ok. That explained 'how' but not 'why'." You commented folding your arms. "I didn't like what he did to you." Gary lowered his voice. "Look, that's in the past..." You tired to get into Gary's head. "Ok class let's begin." Dr. Watts interrupted you and started the lesson. "I want to talk to you after this lesson." Gary lit the Bunsen Burner. "Well I've finished all my English classes, so I have all day." You rises your eye brows. "I'll skip English for you then." Gary whispered to you. "I like the way you're taking this serious." You mentioned and got on with your work.

After the first lesson finished, Gary went to the back of the school were the old school bus was and sneaked out with you. You both got a warm drink from Yum Yum Market and went to sit on the pier to sort out this relationships problem.

"I'm really sorry about what happened." Gary apologized. You didn't say anything because you didn't know how to respond. "As I said, I didn't like what Johnny did to you." Gary repeated himself. "But like I said 'that's in the past.'." You sighed. "...Ok... I got jealous." Gary admitted to you. "Jealous? Jealous, of what?" You asked him as you looked at him, to say "What is there to be jealous about?".
"At the time I was jealous that he had a prize, you. And when it was confirmed that you slept with him it just melted my heart." Gary put his drink to one side and collapsed his head into his hands. "I regret it all though. I was so stupid to do something like that with him." You put your drink to a side too and wrapped your arms around Gary. He did the same back and turned the hug into an embrace. "I love you so much (Y-N), and I don't want to loose you." Gary put his head on yours. "I love you too." You kissed his cheek.

For a good ten minutes you kept your hug with Gary on the pier just watching the snow fall and sea glitter its dark blue.

"So are we back together?" Gary eventually asked. "If we can forget about what happened over the New Year, then yes." You offered Gary. "That's a yes, then." Gary kissed you on the lips.

You both finished your drinks and stood up to stretch because sitting down for ages does make you go stiff. Then you got this...

"HEY! SHOULDN'T YOU BE IN CLASS?!" A police officer pointed at Gary and ran for him. "Shit run." Gary's eyes widened as he jumped off the pier, landed on the sand and started to run. "Wow wait up, Sonic." You gazed at Gary as he ran off in the distance.

You caught up with Gary and looked for somewhere to hide from the police.

"Where to now?" You asked Gary as you both ran up the stairs to the park. "Errrrr." Gary stopped for a second. "Here!" Gary clicked his fingers and hid you both in the bushes. "I forgot how handsome you were up close." You whispered and put your hands on Gary's chest as you fell on top of him. "I've missed this feeling." Gary lowered your head so he could kiss you, again.

"WHERE ARE YOU, YOU LITTLE BRATS?!" Two police officers sprinted up the stairs and searched the park. "What do we do now?" You whispered to him. "Stay still." Gary kept his position still so the bushes didn't move.

Fifteen minutes later the officers left the park and you and Gary rolled out of the bushes. "Thank God they're gone, I were freezing down there." You stood up. "I were pretty warm." Gary stood up after you. "Yeah but you had me to keep you warm." You pointed out. "Yeah true." Gary took his sweater off and gave it to you. "I also forgot how sweet you could be too." You placed your head on Gary's right shoulder. "You forget a lot in a short amount of time don't you?" Gary joked and put his arm around you. "Kinda." You agreed and walked back to the school with Gary.
