( Third persons pov )

It was peaceful as ever in the village of Konohagakure after the forth Shinobi war. Most of the brave Konoha Shinobi who participated  in the war now have children who are in the ninja academy learning about their ancestors and the dangers of the Shinobi world. Whilst it was a peaceful era, it was one of the busiest places in the world at that moment in time; having some of the best technology fortunately attracted a lot of businessmen, which indeed made the village a lot bigger and busier than ever before.

It was that time of the year again for the seventh Hokage to go and visit the top scientist that he still had registered as one of his shinobi, Orochimaru. The snake sanin had been researching for years a new way to heal people whilst saving chakra and to reserve chakra in general, and he thinks he finally has the Jutsu perfected, the only thing left is to show the Hokage and get approval to teach it.

In the Hokage's office, Naruto made a few Kage Bunshins so that they could finish up the paper work as he would be out of the office all day. "Naruto-sama, you need to go and see Orochimaru-san and see if the Jutsu he made is safe to use; if not, you'll need to classify it as a forbidden Jutsu." Said his lazy adviser with a yawn. "How many times Shikamaru, drop the 'sama'! It's weird!" Said the blond Hokage with a huff. "And don't worry, I'll make sure everything is up to order and that it has no faults; and I'll get you to double check it when I'm back anyway." Naruto said with a wave of his hand. "I'll see you later, Shikamaru." He said before he disappeared in a flash of yellow.

Naruto arrived outside of Orochimaru's laboratory, which was not in the village but ine of his old hideouts, not that that was a bad thing, if anything it was a good thing because some of his research hasn't gone to plan which could have really damaged the village.
"Ah, Naruto-san. I seems like you have just arrived." Orochimaru said. "Yeah, just got here a few seconds ago, Orochimaru." The blond Hokage said with a wave of his hand. "Well come on in, we have much to see." The snake sanin said with a gesture of the hand as he walked inside, Naruto following close behind him.
"You know Orochimaru, if this healing Jutsu thing really works..." Naruto began. "It could really change the medic world" Naruto said with a little smile. "I know it could be useful, but I dont think it would change the medical world Naruto-san." Orochimaru said as he took a left turn. "Well look at it this way. It's an easier way to heal whilst reserving your chakra, having enough chakra as a medic-nin is one of the most important things; no chakra, no healing anyones wounds properly. Plus for students, if this is easy enough, could use this because their chakra reservers aren't that big yet. Plus civilians could learn how to use their chakra like us shinobi without getting extremely exhausted. They could use it for simple things, like walking on water or climbing; like incase of an emergency type thing" The Hokage said with a hand on his chin, he does this when he is thinking. "Well you do have a good point Naruto-san. Maybe it could be more useful than I thought it would be." Said Orochimaru as he entered his laboratory.

"Now Naruto-san, you can sit down whilst I get everything ready." Orochimaru said as he pointed to a chair, Naruto nodded his head and sat down. The snake scientist sat a special chakra paper on the desk in front of the Hokage, along with a brush and some ink. "Why do you need this chakra paper?" Naruto asked. "Well, there is more than one way to use this jutsu. So why not start with the easiest one?" Said the snake sanin with a smile. Orochimaru started to draw symbols on the chakra paper which Naruto did not recognize in the slightest, then Orochimaru sat the brush back in the ink pot.

"This first way seals the amount of chakra that you or someone else places into the paper; you can later re-use the chakra." Orochimaru said. "So kinda like a back up, like if you dont have a soldier pill?" Naruto asked him. Orochimaru nodded his head and said "Exactly like a back up. Plus each time you use it, your chakra capacity enlarges every time; but only a little. If you were to use it everyday for around ten years, you would go from villager to chunin reserves." "Now, their is quite a few hand signs. I shall teach you them later, but for now, let me show you." Orochimaru said as he started doing hand signs at jonin speed. About five minutes later, Naruto sighed and murmured a quiet "How many hand signs does it take?" But this made Orochumaru lose his concentration slightly, but he managed to finish the jutsu. The chakra paper started to shine brightly, causing Orochimaru and Naruto to stand back a bit.
