~Liz's POV~
"Paige. Paige will you please listen! Gods. Jeff tried to kill his brother. He didn't succeed." I try desperately to explain Creepypasta to her. She laughs a little fearfully maybe. I pull out my IPad and search up a quick pic of Jeff the Killer and Homicidal Liu. That gets her laughing at the one pic.
I put away my IPad and continue my conversation when I hear the doors open to our carriage.
"Uh, h-hi." A girl who's probably in our year since her robes don't have color on them yet waves awkwardly.
"Hi!" Paige immediately greets her and I mentally facepalm. "What's up?" I subtly kick her because we don't know this girl's blood status and she might not know what Muggle Slang is. She shoots me a quick glare.
"Um, c-can I s-sit here?" The girl asks.
I shrug while Paige replies, patting the seat beside her in the process. Visible disgust crosses the girl's face as she stares at her hands. Great. Probably another pure blood. But then again, she did seem pretty nervous, who isn't.
I get pulled out of my scrutinizing when Paige almost shouts my name. Figuring that she's introducing me I just smirk and give my typical two fingered salute. "What's your name?" She asks after introducing Dar.
"Taleah." She answers a little coldly. I can understand why. Meeting our little group of friends, it's a handful. Then again Paige alone is a handful. "DO YOU KNOW THE WIFI PASSWORD?" Taleah shouts nervously and I start laughing while Dar almost falls to the floor, making me laugh even more. I cover my face to try and stop.
Bella, gladly, answers with Sherbert Lemon. "How did you-"
"I hacked into it earlier. You're welcome." Bella smiles before returning to her laptop.
"Why."
Bella looks her dead in the eye before replying. "I can't just not watch YouTube." The rest of us nod in agreement before stifling a giggle.
"What's your blood status?" I ask out of the blue. "The rest of us are muggleborns. Or as the one bitch pure blood called us, mudbloods." My nose turns up.
"Oh!" Apparently I caught Taleah off guard. "I'm a muggleborn too."
"Sweet."
