You see him cry for the first time (Steve)

Steve:  You've always thought of Steve as this big, strong, unbreakable Navy SEAL...that is until you two got together. He would start to worry about you on ops and near-death cases. In one case, you were fighting Gabriel Waincroft; Malia's little brother, Chin's brother-in-law and your uncle. You two were struggling to get a gun--your gun--from each other. Gabriel had the upper hand and shot you in the abdomen. The adrenaline effects were starting to wear off. Now you were in a lot of pain. You fell to the floor with a thud. Hopefully the others would get to you in time. You were going in and out of consciousness when you saw your dad, cousin, boyfriend and other partner surrounding you, worried looks on their faces. "I'm g-gonna be f-fine." you mumbled. Chin was putting pressure on your wound; he wasn't going to lose you the same way he'd lost Malia. Steve was pure panicking. All he could do was hope that you pulled through. When the ambulance came, you began to flatline. Steve and Chin were going out of their minds. They were able to stabilize you, and they immediately wheeled you into surgery. After a good 6 hours of waiting, the surgeon finally came out. The team looked at him with hopeful eyes. "She's going to be okay." he said, making them all let out a breath they'd been holding. After Kono and Chin visited you, Steve stayed with you that night so you wouldn't be lonely. All it took was one glance at you to make Steve's heart break. You had lost a lot of color in your face, had a bandage wrapped around your midsection and had an I.V. and oxygen machine in the room. Steve sat beside you and held your hand--it was ice cold. He couldn't take it anymore and stated crying. The cries then turned into sobs. You were in a daze but when you came to, you looked over to see your Navy SEAL boyfriend crying. "Hey sailor." You said with a weak smile. Steve looked up to see you and he hugged you gently, sobbing even more. You rubbed his back as best as you could. "Hey it's okay Steve. I'm right here; I promise I'm not going anywhere," you said kissing his nose. He smiled through the tears and kissed your lips tenderly. "You scared me half to death babe. And seeing you like that--pale and cold--made me wonder if I'd ever wake up to your pretty face ever again. I can't lose you. I love you." Steve said. You smiled and ran your fingers through his hair. "I love you too Steve." You said, sealing it with a kiss.
