Sam ran out of her big sister, Kayla's room when she saw her wooden cat Ginger sitting in the doorway. It was just laying there inside the tissue box bed, but without the black ink, for it had white ink, and a different note. Sam picked up the note. It read:
Almost there...
"Almost to what?" Sam inquired. "This is getting creepy..." Sam picked up the box with Ginger and her notes inside. She went to her mom to ask her what was happening, for she was a detective.
Sam ran upstairs to her mother's room. Once again, the door was wide open. Things are getting suspicious..... She walked in and found her mother's Heart shaped locked laying on the floor, just like Kayla's dyed hair, and another out-of-place wooden plank.
She picked up the locket and opened it, where there should have been a photo of her and Sam's father, but a piece of heart shaped wood. Sam took out the wooden heart and found it was split in two small pieces. She placed one of the pieces back in the locket, and the other she took one with her and placed it in Ginger's little tissue box.
Now MOM?! Who would ever do this?
