An unusual occurrence with Russia is the odd atrophy to his wings, they've become small compared the the rest of the Russian's body. They look odd resting closed seeming to make him flightless. The reasoning he gives for this is his want, or need to fly through storms of snow has not been needed and he has no want to leave his house often anymore, preferring to walk almost everywhere he says his wings are "just for show" though hes been known to fly but with a lack of speed and stamina to do so.
