Sometimes in life you are delt the worst hand in life, do I think i have been delt the worst hand?, no i don't I still live life every single day.
But sometimes i am just too tired to do anything dialysis drains you.
And now your thinking how when it is supose to help you feel better?
You have to sit on a machine for 3 to 4 hrs at a time for 3 days a week if you do 4hours and 4days a week if you do 3hrs all in all you have to do 12hrs a week to clear the toxins in your body.
Yes i do home hemo dialysis which is the best decision i ever made but it is still difficult at times.
Please don't assume that because im a dialysis paitent that Im not human and that this condition is one you can catch YOU CAN'T CATCH KIDNEY FAILURE!.
Instead of judging me just come and ask why im in a chair when i look like i don't need it or ask why iv got two scabs on my lower left arm.
We dont bite, id much rather you ask then stand there being judgementle and tearing your children away like i have some sort of a contagous diesease.
Kidney disease is not a life choice you are not given a choice, i was born with it.
