Ashley's P.O.V.

Carrying a bouquet of flowers, I walked to the cafeteria. God! It's so hot. But anyway, I'm planning to give this flower to my girlfriend, Gerline. You may wonder why I courted her. Here's the thing. Last year, I'm in the football team. Girls want me to be their boyfriend but then, she caught my attention. The first time my eyes met her brown hypnotizing eyes, I told myself that she's the one I want to be with. She was bullied. And what I did is, I warned those students who bullied her.

They got afraid so they left her alone. Just then, we hang out often. Then, I confessed my feelings and she gladly said that she felt the same way too.

Then here! We are already in our 8th month in relationship. I searched for her but she's not here. Maybe she's at the library.

Gerline's P.O.V.
I just got a call from mom saying that my Cousin, Jake Pitts, already transferred here at our school and I need to accompany him. He's a 4th year student too. But, I don't know what room he is in. I walked through the hallway, not minding some girls rolling their eyes on me. Seriously? Can they just leave me alone? I flipped my black hair and walked silently as if I'm the only one who's walking.

Just then, I tripped and fell down on the cold tile floor. Students laughed at me. "Ms. Skinny fag tripped. How clumsy. Don't forget to go to the hospital. Some bones maybe broken. Haha.. Let's go girls." One overly make-up girl said at me and then her friends followed her. I was shocked. Tears started to flow from my eyes and I don't know what to do.

Suddenly, someone lifted me and helped me stand. That happened to be...

Jake!

"Hey. You okay?" he asked me. I slowly nodded while looking down. "Come on. Let's get you out of here." he said and the two of us started walking forward. "Come on. Are you not happy that I'm here?" Jake asked and faced me. He held my shoulders and the two of us stopped walking.

"I'm happy." I answered. "Show me your smile." he said. I gotta admit, Jake is sometimes annoying. I smiled and he just pinched my nose. "Ouch." I muttered.

He just gave me a big smile before clinging his hand on my shoulder. "You're arm is heavy." I said and I tried to remove his arm. "No. Don't try taking it off my beautiful cousin. I'm gonna pinch your nose again if you did." he said to me and stuck his tongue out on me. I just rolled my eyes at him and looked at... ASHLEY.

Oh no. I quickly took Jake's arm out from my shoulders and smiled at Ashley. Oh God. He's mad.

Ashley's P.O.V.
"Hey babe." Gerline greeted. I'm so pissed. Now she's with this skinny guy and... aaarrrgghhh.. I wanna kill that guy. "Who the fuck is that asshole?" I quickly asked her. She looked at the guy then, at me. "Excuse me, bro. Don't talk that way to her. And, you called me an asshole? You-"

"Jake, stop. Please. Babe, Let me explain. Please, I know what's running on your mind and-"

"Let you explain or let you tell your lies on me. Seriously? You think I'm dumb? I'm done with you, Gerline. We're over." I said and threw the bouquet at her chest. I quickly walked away.

I still heard her yelling my name but I didn't cared to look back. Shit. I'm really, really done with her. And that asshole she's with? I hope he dies. God, I'm so... aaarrrggghhh.. I kicked the trash can hard and it rolled away. I went to my car and drove home.

When I got home, I quickly stepped inside my room and kicked my drawer. I sat at the side of the bed and brushed my hands over my hair. "Fuck it!"

My phone rang and I know who that is but I don't wanna talk with her. And I don't wanna see her anymore. Just then I felt my tears started to fall. She's the only one who made me like this.

I woke up in the morning and I'm not going to school. And... this continued to happen for five days now. I don't know. I just don't want to. And no one can fucking stop me! Then, I heard a knock on my door. Now, who's this dumbass trying to disturb me?

The doorknob turned just then, ... Gerline went inside. She's crying. Wait, I locked my door so, how did she got in?

"What are you doing here?" I asked her coldly. She suddenly hugged me. "I'm sorry if I hurt you. But, I love you. You know that. And, what you saw didn't matched what you think. Jake is my cousin. He just transferred and I need to accompany him. Please. Let's get back together. I'm sorry." she said while hugging me.

I don't know what to say. So, I was wrong. Oh God. God. She's crying and it's all my fault. I made her cry. God. You're so stupid Ashley.

I pushed her gently and locked her eyes in mine. "I'm sorry. I really didn't know. But, you know I didn't mean it, right? I love you. I love you Gerline, so much. And I can't stand seeing you happy with another man after I break up with you. I love you." I said and kissed her gently.
