Chapter 9

I decided to redo this chapter since its been coming out really retarded. Lol anyways, heres the new chapter 9

I woke up to Hayes next to me, my throat doesn't burn anymore, I guess it was because I was crying. But aside from that, I got up carefully so that I don't wakeup Hayes, I checked what time it is on my phone. Then I got an Interesting text message from someone....

Person: listen bitch, I know your dating Hayes, I wasn't born yesterday, but listen, I can get my 2 other friends to gang up on you and convince hayes to dump you... But listen.. Stay away from Hayes

Me: you don't need to say "but listen" after every word. But shut your Fucking mouth before I put my foot in it. And i don't even know you. So leave me alone...

Person: the next time i see you and Hayes, ill make a fool out of you... I know who you are. I know so much about you. But you don't know me..

Me: oh yeah? Like what? Name 1 thing that not a lot of people now about me

Person: your precious brother Steven died

Me: ... Oh

Person: so leave Hayes alone, you can't be seen with him. Can't make any contact. You can't be near each other. and you really need to shut your mouth about your brother, honestly no one cared about him. Oh and by the way, if you don't leave hayes alone, I'll give out your "little secret"..

Me: what cute is I have nothing to hide

Person: I know your darkest secret

Me: then what was it

Person: I'm not telling. But if you make any contact with hayes, and you hangout with him. I will tell everyone the secret. Got it?"

I didn't know what to say. So I decided not to text back...

"You alright?" Hayes said with a broken smile

"Yeah I guess.." I said back

"What's wrong"

"I don't know hayes. I'm not sure if I could-"

I ran out of the house without even saying the rest. Hayes was following me. I had to avoid him I ran into my house and locked the doors and stormed into my room. I heard hayes banging on my front door. I can't take this anymore. I don't even know who the person is, and what secret they're taking about. Ugh. My life is over. Completely.

I started to have a tantrum. I was throwing things left and right, punching walls, breaking things. Up to the point I layed down on my floor. With my arms spread out.. I started to doze off. The room started to spin around me, and soon enough, the room went black, and I was just laying there while I hear banging on the door.

Finally, someone came in, I was still out cold, I felt them moving me around, but I couldn't get a good look of who it was since my eyes were shut. I felt something cold on my head. I'm gonna assume it was an icepack. My eyes started to slowly move..

"Who are you?" I mumbled

"It's me, your sister Kim"

"Oh okay, thank god it's not hayes"

"Why?" Kim said curiously

"I got a threat from someone saying that I can't be seen with hayes"

"Why?" Kim said

"If I'm seen with hayes, she will give our my darkest secret. But I don't know what secret she's talking about"

Kim looked at me funny, maybe she knows something. I wanna know what this secret is. Because I have nothing to hide. Is it a family secret I don't know about? I need to know

"What do you think the secret is?" I said to Kim

She stood there like a statue, she didn't say anything, It looks like she's hiding something. Not even her. It looks like everyone's hiding a secret from me. I wonder what it is

"Kim? Are you okay?" I said

She got up and ran, I didn't bother chasing her. Because I knew it would make things worse.. My mom came running into my room, with tears down her face

"Nikki.." My mom cried

I quickly stormed up

"Yeah...?"I said

"KIM! DOES SHE HAVE A CLUE?!" Mom screamed

"I DONT KNOW MOM!" Kim cried

"WHAT SECRET?!?!?!" I cried out

Mom and Kim looked at me worried. I don't know why they won't tell me what the secret is. This doesn't make sense. Now I'm worried.

"Nikki. I'm sorry, we can't tell you" mom said

"Then what was the point of freaking out like this? Why won't you tell me? Oh my god. Wow, pfft. Okay. Thanks" I said

"I'm sorry..-" mom said

"No.. Sorry isn't gonna walk the dog anymore. I'm sick of this." I said while walking out of the room

"NIKKI PLEASE. IM SORRY. WE JUST CANT TELL YOU, ITS REALLY IMPORTANT THAT WE CANT TELL YOU!" Kim cried

"WHY? IM FUCKING GETTING THREATS SAYING TO STAY AWAY FROM HAYES OTHER WISE THEY WILL GIVE OUT MY DARKEST SECRET! ARE YOU GONNA LET ME SUFFER LIKE THIS? EVEN THEY KNOW THE SECRET AND ITS NOT EVEN THEIRS. SO LET ME ASK YOU

THIS. WHY CANT YOU TELL ME?" I screamed

Kim stood there looking at me. She had no words to say. Till she finally spoke

"WELL YOU KNOW WHAT? MY LIFE ISNT SO GREAT EITHER, IM LOOSING EVERYONE AROUND ME. MY BEST FRIEND IS MOVING, I HAVE SO MUCH ON MY MIND. AND MY FUCKING CLOCK IS TICKING AND TIME IS RUNNING OUT!" Kim screamed

"WELL WHILE YOUR CLOCK IS TICKING, IM STILL SITTING HERE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS THREAT THAT NO ONE IS HELPING ME WITH" I screamed as I stormed off

"NIKKI PLEASE-"

I just kept walking. I stormed off outside, and I ran into Hayes. He tried to stop me

"Babe what's wrong are you oka-"

"Hayes, just don't talk to me. I can't tell you what's going on. I'm not supposed to be talking to you." I said

Hayes stood there looking like he was gonna cry. I was gonna cry to. So I quickly ran off

"Nikki" I heard from hayes in the distance

I got a text

Person: I'm glad you blew off hayes, now keep doing that. Because look honey bunny, he's already talking to girls. Turn around

I turned around and. The person was right, he was. I tried to get a good glimpse of one of the girls holding a phone. I'm thinking the girl with the phone in her hand is the girl that's threatening me.. Hmm. I think I know who she is. So I tried to take a picture of her to send to Kim.. I wonder if she knows her... But I'm not showing her the picture yet. I wanna see if this goes far. Also because it could be one of her friends. I'm not upset that he's talking to girls. I'm just disappointed. But I shouldn't because I was forced to leave him.. I kept looking at hayes smiling. And he looked back at me. So I just turned back around. And walked away...
