He promised that we wouldn't be on the run from Mikael forever and now we aren't. Thanks to a which named Abbey, Mikael is desiccated in an old crypt.

Klaus and I are on our way to Mystic Falls. As it turns out Katerina Wasn't the last doppelgänger. Elena Gilbert is the new doppelgänger. She is not even a Gilbert, she was just adopted by the Gilberts.

"Sweetheart, what's going on in that pretty little head of yours?"

"I'm just thinking about how happy I am that you're going to get your way and create more hybrids."
"Thanks love. Glad to see someone who is happy for me." Nik said appreciative.
"Always" I replied

'Welcome to Mystic Falls' the sign read as we drove into the small town.
"We're going to have to keep a low profile." I said worried that one of us was going to get hurt. Well technically we are binded together so if one of us gets hurt both of us gets hurt.
"Well I'm going to do my favorite trick. Switching bodies. So you love, are just gonna be there and listen out. Try and make 'friends', alright?" Klaus asked
"You know I'm not gonna make friends right? I don't like people."
"you like me." Nik said smiling.
"Wrong." I said quickly. Klaus tried to hide it, but I know that he was hurt by what I just said.
"Nik, I don't like you. I love you." His face instantly brightened at that statement.
"I'm not promising anything, but I'll try to find out more on this town, the girl, and the ritual." I in my investigator voice.
"Love we already know all there is to know about the ritual." Klaus states in a know it all voice.
"I'm sorry Nik but I feel like there.is more to it than just getting a witch and killing a werewolf, a vampire, and the doppelgänger."

We drove around town looking for a motel to stay for a few days before came up with a plan.
