Jason

My mom and I step outside of the airport. We see cars passing by, people being picked up or being dropped off, and just tons of people. New York City. Not my favorite city, but it's not Omaha. Omaha is my home, and where my heart is at. Of course, my family is always going to New York City. All for the baby of the family, though he's the oldest. I can't complain too much though, he buys the tickets. He always has everything planned for when a single relative sets foot in his city, even if he barely knows them.

"We're going to see Andrew today! Are you excited? I love being in New York City, that's when I get to see Andrew." My mom squeals, clutching onto my arm and digging her nails into my skin. I have no choice but to let her keep doing that, she'll get mad if I try to remove her.

I roll my eyes, "Oh yes, I thought Andrew is here for only a vacation and I thought he lived in Japan!" Sarcasm was all coming out of my mouth. My mom notices and slaps my arm while glaring. May I say, she's so defensive over Andrew. Let me tell you, Andrew basically controls our lives even with living thousands miles away.

"Be quiet Jason, we barely get to see him. Your sisters were suppose to come, even dad. Where are they though?" She hisses, setting her hands on her hips.

I chuckle, "Their plane stopped in Orlando and their other plane got delayed." I explain, knowing the correct answer. Even my mom knows it, but she refuses to take it. She acts like we're always there for Andrew, my sisters are..sometimes. Andrew's the oldest out of all of us, and I'm the youngest. The girls are the middle, they basically separate the boys. When I was growing up, I would always look up to Andrew but dad said Andrew was nothing but bad.

"I knew that! The car's here, come on and don't be complaining on the way there." She rushes, running with her tiny feet trying to catch up with her. I roll my eyes for one last time. I manage to drag my feet to the car and enter it. It's customized by Andrew's boyfriend. It was brought from Los Angeles to New York City. Rich people...

My mother is squealing her life away as we hop out of the car. I couldn't believe how she was every time we came to Andrew's place, her reaction is the same every time. If Andrew's gone and he leaves the house for us, she'll still squeal like a little girl. His house wasn't like a rich person would have, it was simple like our home in Omaha. It was a two storey house and 4 bedrooms. Two were guest rooms until Justin moved in. Andrew had a whole room for Justin, all because of Justin's purity. Something changed though, something sexual because Justin didn't hesitate to leave that room for Andrew's. To be exact, Justin stepped into this house and he didn't enter his original room. Andrew says that Justin simply brought his bags into his room, and then..ugh..made love. I don't know how long Justin's been living here, but I saw him here 2012..after he turned 18. So much for purity there..

Mom runs up to the door and is immediately is tackled by cats. "Andrew has kittens! Do you think they're rescue?"

"What isn't rescued? Remember a cat he saw 3 times, got ran over, and he was sad about it?" I ask, raising mt eyebrow. My mom says she doesn't favor her children, but she as hell does. My brother gets everything he wants-well because he's kinda rich but he gets a lot from the family too. Too much attention, that's what he always has. My mom gets annoyed with me every time I bring it up. She ignores me and knocks on the door.

"Andrew just loves cats, he'll do anything for them. You hate cats for Christ sake." She mumbles quietly and I still hear her. She's a loud talker, so it's just easy to hear her mumble most times.
