*Gryffindor Common Room* *Third Person P.O.V*
Emily and Sienna went down the stairs to the bottom into the dorm.

Croak...Croak...

Emily and Sienna looked down to see...Croak...Croak...
"Trevor shh!" Sienna trying to shush the frog.
"Go, you shouldn't be here" Emily tells it.

"Neither should you"

The two girls turned to an armchair to see, "Neville?" Sienna said.
"You're sneaking out, aren't you?" Neville questioned.
"Now, Neville. Listen..." Emily began to say.
"No! I won't let you! You'll get our house in trouble again! I...I'll fight you!" Neville told them as he holded up his fists.

"Petrificus Totalus!"

Neville froze as his arms and legs stuck together before he fell backwards.

Thud!

The two girls look to see..."Daniel!"
Sienna ran up and hugged him, "H-How did you..." Emily started to say.
"Let's just say I found out the password" Daniel stated.
"Beside. If I wasn't here, you wouldn't get a chance to stop my uncle" Daniel pointed out.
"Come on" he said and walked away from the two.
"Your brother scary" Emily told Sienna and the two girls walked away, to catch up with Daniel.

*Third Floor*
"Where are they?" Melinda questioned as she and Alex are wanting.
"They should be here by now" Alex tells her as he checked his watch.

Footstep

A cloak is pull off, making three students appeared.
"Glad the two of you made it" Melinda tells them as Emily put away her clock.
Alex notice a third student, "What he doing here?" Alex ask the girls, looking at Daniel.
"I ask him to come" Sienna tells him.
"What? Why?" Alex ask Sienna in shock.
"Because I want to prove my and Sienna uncle innocent...by coming with you all. I want to show you that's it not him" Daniel explain to him as he came face to face with him.
"I allow you, but I'm watching you" Alex told him and gave Daniel a quick glare.
The five walked up to the door, "Alohomora" Daniel whispered and cast the spell.
