Chapter : 36

|First of all I wanna say thank you for the art by silverscar2002 who is a long time friend of mine who unfortunately isn't on much but who I still consider a dear friend

Anti's POV

"C'mon Darky I wanna go see the ducklings!" I said ,tugging on Dark's arm, he just chuckles and replied

"Alright, alright let's go" I smiled happily and speed walked down the hill our house was on, while Dark followed closely behind me.

As it wasn't raining, like the past few days have been, so we decided to go into the town and see what we could. But first of all I wanted to see the duckling, cuz Clara gave us a call saying that her and Middy saw some on their way to the museum.

We had decided to wear something to protect us from the slight cold outside , probably due to the rain , so I had worn a little brown beanie hat, a grey wool scarf , a pure white oversized jumper , some black silky feeling leggings and some little brown boots. I felt cozy and warm

Where as Dark had worn something a little different , he had a red wool scarf, a dark grey flannel with a leather jacket over it, some very dark brown jeans, they were so dark they almost looked black and some brown boots. He looked very handsome and warm in that

After a walk through the streets we finally arrived at the park and I immediately, without looking at anything else, headed for the pond , looking for the ducks.

"Love come and sit down , the ducks might be sleeping or something " Dark said , sitting down on a nearby bench and patting the space next to him. I walk over , sitting by him and leaning my head onto his shoulder.

Dark placed a kiss on top of my head and I smiled happily

"Oh look who's brought her ducklings for a swim" Dark said , pointing over to a Mama duck and her ten ducklings

| fun fact : a normal duck has up to ten ducklings as an average, but they can range up to eight to twelve|

I gasp and hug Dark's arm as I watch the ducks waddle over, they were heading to the pond cuz I think their nest was in it

Slowly, yet gracefully, the Mama duck goes into the water and one by one her ducklings follow her, some accidentally falling in though , which I admittedly giggled at .

After watching the ducks swim around for a little bit , Dark broke the silence and said

"Would you like to go and play in the park ?" He asked, I let out an excited gasp and nodded.

Dark's POV

After making our way over to the park, Anti told me he was gonna go on the swings , and just before leaving he gave me a kiss, which I of course returned.

I sat on a bench and relaxed while Anti went over to play. Now you may be wondering

'But Dark, Anti is a twenty six year old man, he shouldn't be playing on things for kids' and to that I say... go fuck yourself.

No matter what age you are, you shouldn't stop yourself from doing the things you love and that make you ,well you and having fun.

So , if Anti , who is an adult , wants to go and play on the swings, like he is now, then he can do just that thank you very much.

I look over at the swings and see two strangers talking to Anti as he sat on the swings , i could tell something was up, since Anti was looking down with a somewhat upset face and his tail hung low sadly.....

I stood up and began to walk over to them all, I approached the two strangers from behind and as I get closer I can hear what their saying

"You seriously thought you could play on the swings at the age you are ? Your an adult for Christ sake " a male sounding voice came from one of them

"Yea. Plus aren't Neko's supposed to be doing slave work since ya know, that's what Neko's basically are, slaves. " a female voice came from the other.

"Excuse me you two, but do you mind telling me who the fuck gave you the rights to boss around my boyfriend " they seemed surprised at the sudden person behind them both

"He has full power to do whatever he pleases , even if he his a Neko. And so what if he wants to go on the swings, we all loved to swing when we were children, so why can't we do it when we're adults" they two looked at each other and then walked away in embarrassment and feeling awkward for being confronted like that

"Are you ok love?" I asked, my voice turning from stern to soft

"Y-yea.... thank you Darky...those people were mean.." he said , hugging himself. I lifted him up and sat on the swing myself before placing him in my lap sideways .

He smiled up at me and snuggled against me, letting out purrs of happiness . I smile and thank myself now that he is happy as I begin to lightly swing , just enough so we slowly swayed a bit.
