𝐫𝐞𝐝 - 𝐭𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐞

SANA giggled, blowing bubbles off her palm. Bubble baths were Sana's favorite way of relaxing and as she liked to call it, her 'stress reliever'

Sana leaned back, letting her legs move around in the bubbly water. Sana shared rooms with Mina and Momo who were previously blasting music in the dorm. For some reason now, they were super quiet.

Were they asleep? That, she didn't know. Sana shrugged as she continued playing in bubbly water

❝La, la, la❞ Sana randomly hummed

Suddenly, Sana heard the slam of a door. This took her by surprise

❝Momo?❞ Sana called out. There was no response

❝Momo is that you?❞ Sana called out again. Again, there was no response. Sana frowned

Were they ignoring her? Sana swirled her legs in the bubbly water again, trying to get her mind off of any things that would make her upset.

That's when the sound of something heavy falling on the floor was heard just outside the bathroom door. This made all the hairs on Sana's body stand stick straight

❝M-mina is that you?❞ Sana hesitated before she quickly grabbed her fluffy blue towel. Sana felt vulnerable being in the nude. Sana covered herself as she stood and headed behind the door. Sana put her ear against the wall in hopes to hear her friends having a normal conversation

Instead, she heard nothing. Sana kept her ear pressed against the wall for the next few seconds as she bit her lip out of anxiousness

Suddenly, before her eyes, the knob of the bathroom door turned. Sana held her mouth closed with her hand, quietly watching the door slowly swing open. Luckily, the door was only half-open, making it possible for her to stand behind it

Sana had a bad feeling in the bottom of her gut, and so she didn't hesitate to move quietly to hide behind a stand full of hair clips, hair creams, shampoos and all sorts of hair products

Sana bent down and kept quiet, watching a masked girl step in. Both of the masked girls' hands were by her sides. Sana's heart was gonna burst out of her chest any minute now

Sana watched the masked girl walk to the bathtub and put her left hand inside, as if something had fallen into the water. Unsuccessful in finding what she was looking for, the masked girl pulled her hand out of the water and sighed

The masked girl then turned her head to the stand were Sana was hiding behind. Sana's heart stopped beating. The masked girl stared in her direction for a good few seconds before she turned to leave

The masked girl was almost out the door when she slipped on some bubbly water on the floor. Unluckily, she caught her balance. The masked girl then paused and looked at the trail of bubbly water that led right behind the stand where Sana was

❝Shit❞ Sana cursed. Sana had left a trail of bubbly water. The masked girl turned, fully facing Sana's direction

That's when Sana noticed the knife in her other hand. Sana bit her lip harder as she prayed that she wouldn't be found. However the masked girl wasted no time, she quickly walked over to the stand and pushed it aside

But the moment Sana was revealed, Sana threw a blow drier at the masked girl. Caught off guard, the masked girl stumbled backward and slipped on the bubbly water. Sana took this as an opportunity to escape, but she too, slipped and fell beside the masked girl

That's when the masked girl stabbed deeply into Sana's leg. Before Sana could scream, she pulled the knife out and stabbed into the same deep cut again

Sana was now weak as she lay on the floor. Sana's breathing was a mess. Sana's heart was beating so fast, and she was so scared she was visibly shaking. The masked girl managed to pick herself up slowly, kneeling carefully beside Sana

❝Sorry, but you deserve this❞ The masked girl spoke, placing the knife over Sana's chest. Sana recognized the voice immediately

Tears poured out of Sana's sad eyes as she realized what was happening. Sana's own friend was gonna kill her. And there was nothing Sana could do. It was hard to believe, but it was true

Sana whispered a goodbye to the world, watching  the masked girl push the knife into her chest

Minatozaki Sana, was now dead
