「八」 : 「2/9」

MOMO opened her eyes. She was still at the bottom of the staircase she fell off. Momo looked up to see the top of the staircase was empty

Flashbacks entered Momo's mind as she remembered the flickering lights and Chaeyoung's loud scream. This led Momo to question... Where was Chaeyoung?

Momo's eyes were absently looking at the stair area and that's when she noticed red liquid dripping down the stairs. Momo's heart started beating fast as she hoped it wasn't what she thought it was. As Momo took steps closer she got goosebumps

It was blood

Fresh, red, and shiny. Momo covered her mouth with her shaky hand as she backed up a bit. Was she the only one alive? How was she gonna make it out?

Momo turned and began running down the stairs, she had to escape and report this to the police. Momo was running so fast, she tripped and fell down a staircase once again

Momo smacked her face on the bottom of the staircase and she swore she heard a bone in her nose crack. Momo wheezed for air but found it difficult to breathe from her nose

Blood was just flowing out of her nose. Not to mention the bruises she got along the way

Momo turned over on her back and tried to breathe through her mouth. With her body hurt and her breathing terrible Momo felt like she was gonna pass out again, and she did

About thirty minutes later Momo regained consciousness. Momo was being dragged by her ankle through a hallway. Momo tried to react but forced herself to be quiet. The masked girl had found her and was now dragging her somewhere probably assuming Momo was already dead

Everything would've been fine, but Momo couldn't breathe without making a sound. Momo coughed

The masked girl paused before she dropped Momo's ankle and slowly turned around. Momo was gonna fake unconsciousness but ended up coughing again

❝Poor thing❞ The masked girl said as she tilted her head. ❝Can't breathe?❞ The masked girl proceeded to ask

Momo couldn't reply as she was trying to hold back another cough

❝Don't worry. Later on you won't have to worry about breathing, cause you'll be dead❞ The masked girl quickly picked up Momo's ankle and began walking faster to her destination

❝Why–Why are you doing this?❞ Momo asked though tears

❝Because I was assigned to❞ The masked girl simply replied

By now Momo knew her death was near, and she wanted to fight back. Momo used her other leg to kick the masked girl as this took the masked girl by surprise

Momo then turned and began crawling back. Luck hated Momo and so the angry masked girl was able to pounce on her

Momo yelled, repeatedly crying for help

❝Help me! Someone help!❞

❝I was gonna show you my pretty collection but now I have decided to just kill you❞ The masked girl hissed

The masked girl pulled Momo by her hair and started to smash her head against the cold floor repeatedly

With each smash, Momo felt herself loosing her consciousness

After Momo stopped moving and screaming the masked girl started sobbing

❝I'm sorry Momo❞

Hirai Momo, was now dead
