Vrushali's PoV

Vrushu beta its 7.30 come beta u will be late for collage.

Haa Maa coming .

Oh God I am late. I am really getting late.

Good morning Maa.

Morning beta. Sit have breakfast.

No Maa I am getting late.

U remember na vrushu after 3 lecture you have to come home as guest r coming at 4.pm.

Haa Maa. muze yaad hai. Main time pe aa jaungi.

I said to maa and went to college .

I don't know how to tell this news to my best friends.

Wait a minute have I introduce myself.

Hi ! I am vrushali Nayak. I am in first year doing my master. I like singing. Singing is my passion , my love, my life. I live with my Maa - Papa ,bro and bhabhi. I love them alot. I have two best friends Ritu and Sanvi. This is about my life going smoothly till yesterday night before dinner.

Now you will think what had happened yesterday.

Yesterday after dinner my papa called me saying he wanted to tell me something important. When I went there I saw Maa , bhai and bhabhi present there.

Papa told me to sit. He was looking nervous.

I was wondering why he callled me. But then what he told me was a great shock to me.

"Vrushu", we have fixed your engagement tomorrow. The boy is very good and I know he will keep you happy. I know you may be angry but as your papa I want everything to be best in your life. If you don't want this alliance then tell me I'll cancel it. But I want to tell you that the proposal came for you two days before and i myself and your bro find out information about the boy and his family. We both met the boy and his parents and they liked you and asked to fix engagement tomorrow. So tell me whatever is going in your mind.

I was getting nervous. What papa is telling to me. Engagement with the boy whom I never met. I don't know anything about him and when did they saw me. How can I say yes as I don't know anything about him. But I believe my papa. He can never take wrong decision and specially in my case he will think thousands time to take any step for me. And I believe him. I believe him more than myself. I know he will never hurt me. So it'll be like my foolishness to say no for this engagement So I decided to say yes.

"Vrushu" when he called me i came out from my thoughts.

It's ok beta if you r not ready I'll cancle, papa said to me.

Aaisa nahi hai papa. I am ready and i know you will choose the best guy for me, I said.

I am very happy for you beta, maa said while kissing my forehead.

Congrates vrushu my bhai and bhabhi said while hugging me.

But papaji you should have brought his photo. Vrushu haven't seen him. My bhabhi said.

Oh I forgot to ask them about photo but u are going to meet him tomorrow, papa said while giving apology smile to me.

It's ok papa i believe you I said while going towards room.

I was about to leave then again bhabhi said something to papa and I stopped.

But papaji atleast tell her the name of her fiance.

'Vrushu beta' when I heard my papa's call my heart started bitting fast as he was going to tell me his name.

Beta his name is Arjun papa said to me.

I heard his name and ran towards my room. Whole night I couldn't sleep just thinking about him. How is he? He had seen me or not. Papa told that they have seen me. But when? How i didn't know that? But most important why i am thinking so much about him my brain said to me.

Why means she started falling for him my heart said.

But u didn't know him vrushu and u haven't seen him again my brain warned me.

Vrushu u wanted arrange marriage So u never accepted any proposal and now he is your fiance so no harm in falling for him it's natural my heart said.

No it's not fair to fall for him so early not even u met him again my brain started worning me.

Don't give her wrong advice my heart said.

Oh come on stop you two. I know I have already started liking him so u both stop giving your suggestions.

And only thinking about him I drifted to sleep late at night.
