Vrushali's Pov

Today I am vry nervous as it is Inter college Singing Competition to be held in Rathore college as they were completing 50 years.

We all went to Rathor college and soon the function started. Judges were there all seated. All the participants were singing too good.

It's going to be tuff for u to win they all r doing well, Harshad said.

But I'll give my best, I said.

And call was of my name.

I was hell nervous but I sang well and the song was Ab muse raat din tumhara hi khayal hai, kya kahu pyar mein dewano jaisa haal hai from Sonu Nigams Album Deewana.

After me few more participants sang n the Competition was over.

And now it was the time for announcing the result. We all were listening what the host was saying but suddenly it was a loud noise, all were getting up from there chairs. The whole auditorium was standing and the host Mr kashyap asked all the members to welcome today's chief guest who is the MD of Singhania group of Industries n recently who has been awarded as most successful bachelor business man of the year ie none other than Mr.Arjun Singhania.

I was like hell shock. With fear, shock I looked at my friends who were equally shocked.

And Pritesh was like kya lag raha hai yaar, kya ruthba hai yaar iska, mein bhi ek din aisa hi banunga tum sab dekh lena. He was saying like this n me like seriously kya inko guest banana zaroory tha.

Mr kashyap requested him to give prizes for the winner students of Competition.

And 1st time in my life I wanted to loose the Competition. I prayed to God , hey Ganeshji plz muze mat jitao, mein kasam khati hoon ki aage se mein koi Competition mein part nahi loongi. Plz bhagwanji meri itani binati suno.

Mr kashyap said , there are 5 prizes.

Vrushu, "tu 1st teen mein toh ayegi, es baar  Competition thoda tuff hai. Ek do chodke saare acche the, Harshad said .

Can't he be keep quite for sometime.
My heartbeat became fast.

Sanvi n Ritu were quiet n looking at me n I was like mein ab kahan jau.

And 5th prize goes to Mr Suraj...... Mr kashyap announced.

Suraj came on stage and received his trophy and certificate.

Then 4th prize was given to Avani who sang really good.

The 3rd prize was given to zarina

The 2nd prize was given to pratham

Now here comes the twist any guesses Mr kashyap asked.

Ab kaunsa twist, plz bhagwanji yeh sab jaldi khatma karo, muze ghar jana hai.

Mr kashyap said that there is a tie between 2 participants and both of them has to sing in front of the guest.

Yeh kya hai naya, aisa thode hi na hota hai. Bas ek winner hota hai, mazak hai kya.

And the names r Miss Vrushali and Miss jia.

The moment Mr kashyap announced this I was like hell shocked. I looked at my friends nodding no by my head. A word is not going to come from me.

What do you mean by no harshad said to me .

U can't give up now that too at final round , pritesh said.

Aur nahi toh kya, hamari college ki izzat ka sawal hai.

And ritu said motivating me that, dek vrushu tuze ab gana hoga. Snavi said , tu usse mat
dekh. See vrushu, jia is already on stage now u have to.

May I now call upon Miss Vrushali on stage, Mr kashyap said.

I went on stage as jia sang her song n now it was my turn. I took the mike and was about to start singing but my eyes fall on him n the way he was staring I couldn't utter a word.

I can't handle his stare n I left the stage without singing. And jia was declared as winner.
