After a moment of waiting, Jihoo returned back inside with a very shaken up Mia and Woobin. "What happened?" I questioned very concerned to say the least. "M-Mia saved my life..... by killing my father" Woobin stuttered out, shock and adrenaline pumping through his veins. "He's going to need to rest" I looked at Mia. "Both of you do, the shock will ware off with time" Jihoo prescribed for them. "Thanks, for everything" I smiled at Mia. "Anything for a friend"
I sat in the window sill of my room admiring the stars. "Hey dad.... it's been a while.... life has been hectic, two people died this week and only one deserved it." I paused to giggle. "It must sound crazy for a doctor to say someone deserved to die, after all it's my job to save people. In other news, I found out on tv when I got back that mom completely lost KYL enterprises, it's out of business. I'm sorry she'd lose the company like that, everything you worked for deserved better" I smiled then grasped my pendant. "Life is going to mellow out, and who knows what my future holds" my eyes veered down to my necklace. "I love you dad" a small tear escaped my eye as I looked back towards the sky. A pair of strong arms slid around my waist and held me. "Mia called, she said Woobin and her have finally calmed down and they're sorting everything out. The two of them finally get to live a normal life as a happy couple." I giggled and turned my eyes to Jihoo. "Normal? They're both heirs to the most powerful mafia clans in South Korea, how's their life normal?" Jihoo smiled, his diamond teeth sparkling in the moonlight. "As normal as they're going to get" my eyes glanced over to the stars again. "Cho? How about we live a happy married life like Mia and Woobin? Don't you think it's about time?" Jihoo asked getting up. His question caught me by surprise as I turned around to face him quickly. "What do you mean?" "You know the butterfly in your plant I gave you? Go get it" I glanced over to the shelf on the wall to see said butterfly. My feet carried me to it and my hand grasped it. "Okay, what about it?" I asked sitting on the bed next to Jihoo. "Open it" I looked down and saw a latch next to the left wing and a hinge at the right, it was a box and I never noticed. My thumb undid the latch as I pushed the lid up gently. Inside was a ring, a beautiful ring. "It was my grandmothers, I hope you don't mind it being previously worn, but it's special to me". My free hand covered my mouth as tears formed in my eyes. Jihoo sank down to the floor on one knee and took the ring out of the box. "Kim Cho," 'Now he's going to do it' "will you marry me?" Jihoo popped the question. The tears fell from my eyes as I nodded. Jihoo slipped the ring on to my finger before cupping my cheeks and kissing my forehead. "I love you, Cho" "I love you too Jihoo" I smiled at him. Jihoo smiled at me then glanced behind me. "Grandfather" he smiled. "You finally fount the one?" I turned my torso to where I could see grandfather standing in the doorway smiling. "Take care of her" grandfather smiled and walked away.
