Forever?!

So I'm living with my best friend for the week. Fun right? "So do you wanna maybe get some...sleep? Must have been hectic." Alissa said kinda hesitant. "Yeah actually I would love to get some sleep. It's was pretty crazy." God I sound crazy... "Awesome, but before we go to bed. What really happened? Cause I know for a fact your dad doesn't work late, and you guys NEVER called pest control. I was with you all week until the weekend." Well this is the time I tell her the truth. "Ok. My dad called me on the way home and I thought it was probably his usual trash day excuse. But he told me not to go home, and not to go near my mom." This is crazy. "So you came hear to get away from your house and your mom?" Alissa sounded super weirded out. "Well after I hung up I saw a car...that looked EXACTLY like my moms new Chevy. Until I noticed that it was my moms new Chevy. I made a u-turn and came straight here, yes I lied to you and I'm sorry." Aww I sound so cheesy😒 "ok I know you're sorry. I forgive you, I'm just upset that you tried to lie to me. Even though I 99.9999999% don't believe you, you're my best friend so I forgive you."Now we both sound cheesy. man do I love you Alissa. "Yeah I guess so. So let's go to bed?" "Yeah!" *ring ring* "oh I have to take this. I'll meet you upstairs." "Ok." Thank god you called. "Hey dad! I'm so glad you called!! I need to tell you something." "no what happened." Why so worried?! What does he think mom caught me or something? "So after I hung up. I noticed moms car was right behind me." "Did you drive home? Did you stop? Oh let me guess you stopped for a nice cup of tea with a side of questions." "Calm down!! No I didn't stop, I made a u-turn and drove to Alissa's. Don't worry mom didn't follow." "Thank goodness you're ok cause I have something to tell you." Please don't say I can't go near him either. "What?" Please please please "you have to stay with Alissa...forever" ...for-for-forever?! I mean I love my best friend but...FOREVER?! "Uh..why? Can't I go live with you?!" "No with me is not safe. You're mom is going after me and you. If she comes after me you'll be safe with Alissa." "Ok...so I can't even say goodbye." "Sorry but no." Dang my life sucks. "How am I going to tell Alissa." "I don't know but you have to. Now I have to go baby girl. Goodbye." This can't be happening. "B-b-bye..." now I just have to tell Alissa. Easy right? "Hey Alissa. So I was talking to my dad and well." Deep breath. "He told me, that I have to live with you, forever." You did it!! "Forever? I mean I love you but what about your dad? Isn't he gonna miss you?" Hold back your tears.. "yeah. He probably will but he said I have to. Is that ok.." "yeah! Of course it is. I'm so sorry. I know how much you probably wanna see your dad  again." Ugh here come the waterworks. "Yeah...I really do but that's ok! You're like my family. So I haven't lost all!" *sniffle* "aww don't cry. You know you're like a sister to me. Of course I would let you stay here! It'll just be like a preparation for collage..kinda. Haha come on let's get some rest." "Yeah we really should.."
