"WAKE UP!" i heard my mother say. she was just like a human alarm clock, just one you can't snooze. i was still half asleep, until i heard a ding coming from my phone.

i soon realised isla and i are moving to la tonight. im kind of sad, but mostly happy.

i was ready to leave the backstabbers here in florida. ready to leave the rumors. but mostly, my whole past behind.

i soon heard a knock on my door. isla is here.

"ey g want to walk around before we leave?" isla asked.

"sure but after i change." i replied.

i'm hyperventilating. is the plane going to crash? i've always had a fear of planes.

luckily we landed.. safely. i grabbed my carry-on luggage and waited for the kid in front of me to walk forward so he can catch up with his parents, who were meters away. but he was on his cracked phone. he looked up and ran as fast as he could.

my friend ayla is going to pick me up. she lives with logan. logan paul. they aren't dating though, but i ship it anyway.

isla and i picked our luggage up. we walked out of the door to see ayla running up to us and logan surrounded by little boys.

"ayla, i haven't seen you in ages!" isla and i said in unison. we both giggled and ayla looked surprised until she said something.

"i know, i missed yall!" she replied.

"okay, we should get going." isla said.

"yeah. you guys are our neighbours right?"

"yep!"

surprisingly, our apartment was already set up, which means we can do whatever we want. we decided to go to the beach, so i got a swimsuit, not a bikini, that says: "i only need nachos to win in life."

everyone got into the water except me. i was trying to dig a hole for no reason. i was up to the point where someone small can fit in, when logan and 5 other boys came towards me. logan soon introduced them to me, but when he was talking about this guy named 'noodle hair jack', i heard laughing from behind logan.

i saw 'noodle hair jack' laughing at a gorgeus guy with gorgeus eyes.

"logan, your friend here fell into my hole."

unexpectedly, logan started to laugh. hard. i pointed to this blue-eyed creature and logan finally turned around.

[time skip]

we finally got him out.

"sorry, i didn't know that someone will fall in."

"it's okay, if this didn't happen i would've never met such a pretty girl like you."

i blushed at that.

"kendall foster's the name."

"daniel, daniel seavey."

i smiled a little when logan snapped me out of my thoughts.

"want to eat ice-cream with us later?" logan said.

"sure."

i started to look around the beach and spotted jack carrying isla bridal style. they would make such a cute couple.

but that thought doesn't stop me from remembering that one sentence. it was replaying on my mind. how can such a hot man flirt with a girl like me?

"welcome! what flavour ice-cream would you like?"

"strawberry please." daniel and i looked at each other in shock, as we said it in the same time.

"we get it lovebirds, lets sit down now i'm tired." jack said.

"tired from carrying isla all around the beach." i managed to mumble. he became so quiet and i can see him slightly blushing.
