shoot, i teased daniel. i hope kendall doesn't think anything suspicious.

all we can do is hope.

surprise, surprise. of course she has a boyfriend. i want to punch that guy.

"what's your boyfriend's name?" i asked. i didn't want to sound weird at all.

daniel's head shot up.

"oh, i don't have one. i only said that so he can leave." she replied. yes. she can be mine.

"well, can i get your number then?"

"just ask daniel for it later."

"okay."

that was awkward.

i sat back down, and saw kendall leaning her head on daniel's shoulder. my girl. on daniel's shoulder. this ain't right. he's getting a long lecture coming when we get home.

"who's having a long lecture?" zach asked, he's so innocent. 

"i said that out loud?" i said, trying to change the subject.

"yes, now don't change the subject. i know it's daniel. and don't even think about lying." his voice went from immature to severe.

"fine. it's him." i gave up. i told him.

"i know you're jealous, but don't show it. it'll only make it worse." he gave me advice. the youngest member of our group just gave me advice. and i'm the oldest.

today's such a weird day.

i heard the whole conversation. between zach and jonah. he looked mad the whole day because of daniel? because he was jealous? of what?

does he like me? probably not. maybe it's because dani has a girl crushing on him already.

wait. i did not just think that.

i'm going to talk to jonah now.

he was quiet the whole night.

i walked up to him.

"shh zach she's coming!" i heard jonah's voice say. they were talking about me?

zach lent me his seat so i can sit next to jonah.

"hey jonah." i said, trying not to sound awkward at all.
