Ash,after training decided to leave for the Indigo Plateau.
It took him less than an hour to reach the Plateau because of the speed his Pokémon gained from training.
He quickly went to the Pokémon Center to register.
"May I ask your name please?" Nurse Joy asked.
"I'm Red Satoshi" Ash replied.
"Your rank please?" Nurse Joy asked again.
"I'm the champion of all regions, I'm also the one that took out every evil organizations" He replied.
Nurse Joy was in utter shock. She's amazed by the accomplishments of this person.
"He-here's y-your ke-key sir" She stuttered.
"Thanks Nurse Joy" Ash replied to the shocked nurse.
Ash then went to his room. But he saw something that should happen later, see the people who betrayed him again.
"Oh men, I know I'm gonna win this thing because that's easy. I'm the true PokéMaster material" Max bragged.
Max, however didn't saw what's in front him and bumped into Ash.
"Hey! Are you blind? Apologize for that!" Max said not admitting it's his fault.
"Kid, you're the one who bumped at me. You're the one who should apologize" Ash said calmly.
"Oh yeah? Who are you to say that?" Max asked.
"That's easy. I'm the Champion of Champions, Red Satoshi" Ash replied.
The group gasped at what they heard.
"Are you serious?" May asked.
"Come on guys, We know he's lying. Whoever you are I challenge you to a Pokémon Battle! One vs. One! Whoever kno-" Max was cut off by Ash.
"Don't call me "whoever you are" I already told you my name and yeah yeah whoever knocks out their opponent's Pokémon first wins" Ash said.
"Are you serious Max? This guy looks like he's telling the truth" Dawn warned.
"Come on, let's get this battle underway" Brock said.
They then went to the battlefield at the back of the Pokémon Center.
"I'll referee! Alright are the two trainers ready?" Cilan asked.
Max and Ash both nodded.
"Battle begin!" Cilan said.
"Sceptile! Battle stance!" Max said.
The large Hoenn Grass type starter came out.
"Caterpie, let's go" Ash said calmly.
The group burst into laughter.
"You're sending that pathetic Pokémon against Max's most powerful ones? You're reminding me too much of that pathetic trainer" Brock said.
The group all nodded in response but Ash just ignored them.
"Sceptile! Use Leaf Blade" Max commanded.
"Caterpie, Frenzy Plant" Ash countered.
When Sceptile was just preparing to fuse the two blades in each of his wrists to form a blade, Caterpie unleashed a barrage of thick,thorny vines against Sceptile. When the attack was over, Sceptile was out cold.
"Sceptile is unable to battle! Caterpie wins which means the match goes to Red" Cilan said but Ash was already gone.
"Ho-how?" Max said in shock.

"Ahh, finally I can get some rest" Ash said comfortably.
