Chapter Nine

[Harry's Point Of View]

I slowly walked up the walkway to the house i had grown familiar to. We used to hang out a lot before management stopped us. I don't even know why i let them control my life. Now I'm here to fix it all. I just stand at her doorstep for a few minutes deciding how I'm going to do this. Finally i ring the doorbell. The door opens up and Ariana walks out. Behind her is Paige. Oh how i missed her.

"Um hey" I say awkwardly

"Hi" she says while looking down in a low voice

"Come in"

I walk through the doorway and follow her to the living room. We sit down and i start the talking.

" Ok Paige, this is going to sound crazy and your probably not going to believe me but you need to listen. So remember when I came over one day and we hung out just st your place doing absolutely nothing?" i said putting the emphasis on absolutely.

She just nodded her head.

"Well i went back to my mansion and talked to the guys. They said it was cute that i was falling for you. But they knew management wouldn't have it. I'm known as a Ladies man to everyone. I date a girl and then dump her for the next one. Why does the public see me like that? Because management likes that. They like that I'm always in magazines about what girl I'm sleeping with now. its all for publicity. Once i fall in love with someone that would have to stop and they don't want that. They don't want me with one girl. So the forbid me to have any romance with you. I was forced to stop talking to you. I was forced to ignore your texts and calls and your pleading voice mails asking why i stopped talking to you. It killed me to hear your voice crack because you were crying trying to get a hold of me. I have had this numb feeling in my body from the second i stopped contact with you. I had it for weeks. Then I saw you at the party and my body came alive. You saved me. I need you, Paige. I miss you. You were the part of me missing. I'm not going to listen to management anymore. I don't care what they think about me. I don't care what they think about us." I said that last part holding her hands in mine.

She didn't speak for a while. She just stared at the ground.

[Paige's Point Of View]

Silence

That is what I am. After hearing him confess i need a moment to process everything. So I didn't do anything to upset him. So he did want to still see me. But management got in the way. Damn them for letting me suffer. I'm not the only one who suffered. He suffered too. But he let them control him. Why should i let him back in? But if he's willing to go behind their back for me then lets give it a chance.

I finally look up into his gorgeous green eyes that i have missed so much and smile.

" Harry, if your willing to go behind management's back for me then lets try again. But i just want you to known that you hurt me. I cried for weeks just laying in my bed not getting up and"

" I know and I'm never going to make that mistake again." He says

I give him a small smile and simply say, "Welcome back"

He comes over and gives me a hug. I never realized how much I missed his hugs until now. There so warm and cuddly. His big arms encircling me keeping me safe. Oh damn what he does to me.

"Let's play a board game" I say turning to look at him

"Which one? "

"Well let me see what I have Harry."

I walked over to the closet and opened it revealing all the boards games there could be. Yea you could say I have some sort of obsession but who doesn't?

"Ok I have monopoly, SORRY, uno, checkers, guess who, life...."

"Oh let's play LIFE." Harry says

I took it off the self and we set it up. By the end of the sixth round, I had gone to college and become a lawyer and Harry had skipped college and become a hairdresser

"Some profession you have" I said while smirking

"Shut up Paige I didn't feel like going to college"

"But you get more money when you go to college"

"Not really, only some jobs offer big money"

"Ok what ever all I know is that I'm kicking your ass because someone didn't feel like going to college Harry"

"Your not kicking my ass"

You live in a trailer and I live in a mansion. I'm pretty sure I'm winning"

"For now Paige for now"

We burst out laughing. Wait why is he smiling like that. Now he's looking at me. More like staring at me. He looks into my eyes then at my lips. Wait wait wait ......

He leans in and our lips meet. I give in a little moving our lips in-sync. I push him off of me breaking our contact

"Harry this is too fast we just starting hanging out after 3 weeks of never talking. We can't just start where we left off."

"Paige you feel the same way though"

"I felt that way 3 weeks ago. I don't know what I feel now. It's getting late you should go." I say while rushing him to the door.

"Paige come on. Don't kick me out" he whined

"Goodnight Harry"

" I will wait. If it takes a week for you to realize your feeling for me or if it's take twelve years, I will wait."

All I do is shut the door right in his face.
