Madness

The sound of laughter fills my head, the source of which I can't detect, the colours dance around like pious dervishes as the spiders crawl and lick my skin, out of the haze, he comes

His black cloak conceals his visage and he growls, he snatches my throat and sinks his teeth in my ears, I shriek in pain and claw at his head but to what effect, I cannot tell

He loosens his grip and I run as fast as my legs allow but he's consistently ahead of me, there's no escaping the castle of pain once the lord locks the gate
