Chapter 5

"EXCUSE ME!" Taylor shouted as we rode along the boardwalk.It was dark and freezing out.Regardless of the fact that it was summer.Our hands were intertwinied, as we rode along trying to find the others.We stoped for ice cream without telling them, and well we lost them.Isn't that just great? "I see Matt!" He shouted and we fnally found them. "There you guys are!" Nash shouted and smiled at us."We thought we lost you!"

"We told you we were getting ice cream, but you still rode off!" Taylor laughed and pulled me closer sensing my lack of comfort."I promised her ice cream if she tagged along with us."He smiled in satisfaction.A huge breeze came by and I shivered quite noticeable."You cold babe?"He asked, looking striaght at me.I tried to shake my head no, but it was given that i was freezing."Here, put this on."He smiled and took off his red hoodie and thrust it towards me.Following his directions, my arms were instantly given warmth.And I smiled thanks to Taylor."Now what are we doing?" He was asking no one in genral.

"Well Katie and I are gonna go ride by ourselves." Cameron smiled and waved."Dont get prego, Katie!"Erin shouted towards the brunette who flipped the younger one off."Hayes and I are gonna ride around to." She smiled and dragged Hayes away."We're gonna ride and talk." Taylor smiled and gestured me to follow him with the board.He grabbed my hand and we rode along the board walk just us two."So how old are you?"He asked me with a gentle smile."17."He flashed me a smile and I saw he had braces on.Aw."You have braces?" I asked a smile forming onto my lips.He immediately shut his mouth to hide all the the metal."Yeah." He sighned. "I hate them so much thought,they make me look so ugly."He sighned and i nearly fell off my board when he said that."You?Ugly?You're fucking joking right?"I asked no hint of joking or sarcasm in my tone.He shook his head and i nearly fainted.He's got to be joking."Oh my Lord."I said and he just chuckled."Im going to say this  and i dont take it the wrong way but you're fucking attractive."I said, my cheeks instantly turning red.He let out a loud laug and he smiled wideky.Braces and all.

"You're beautiful, you know that right?" He said with a content smile.I shook my head because its not true.I;m not beautifulNever have, and never will."You?Ugly?You're fucking kidding me right.He mocked me.I jokingly glared at him and he let out the same loud laugh."But serouisly you're beautiful." 'if only that were true." I looked at him and he was gwaking at me."Stop looking at me like that!"I shouted and laughed.I actually laughed.My eyes widened and Taylor noticed."Whats wrong?"He asked."I havent laughed since that happened."I trailed off and looked at the boy.He smiled widely."I have those sort of affects on people."He winked jokingly.I rolled my eyes, and we countined to ride holding hands."We should probaly head back."He said checking the time on his phone.We rode back to the hotel and Taylor even walked me to my room."I had a lot of fun today."He smiled, reveling his braces."Me to, this is the first time I actually had since the accident."I smiled and he returned it."Thank you."I sighed, with a smile."Alright, it's 11 and im pretty tired.Good night bueatiful."He smiled and kissed my cheek before leaving.I was shocked and red faced.That night,I fell asleep with no worries but a smile.A real one to.

"Wake up!"Someone shouted and shook me.Groaning,I rolled over and tried to resume my slumber."Sky,wakey wakey."Another voice called and i flet my shirt ride up.I shot up and pulled it down now frantic that they saw the marks."I-im up."I stuttered, wrapping my arims around my stomach to make sure no one saw htem."Skylar what are those?"Taylor asked from one side of the bed."They're nothing."I said,getting up and walking towards the bathroom but somone slung there arms around my waist and dragged me back."STOP!" I screamed, falling my arms and kegs but the person didn't let go.I was being thrown onto my bed again and Cameron,Nash,Matthew,and Jack G held down my limbs while Taylor lifted up my shirt slightly.Revealing all the marks I had given myself.

"S-sky..." He stuttered and lifted up my shirt a little higher,reaveling more."W-why would you."Because I fucking deserve it!" I shouted, managing to free myself from all four boys.Running into the bathroom,I locked the door and grabed my razor.they dont understand what its like to hate yourself.They just dont get it.Digging the cool metal into my thigh I started to make slashes.I deserve all of this.All of it.

"Skylar please!"Taylor, yelled banging on the bathroom door."Sky open the door please."He said in a low voice.I dropped the razor on the floor and burst into tears.I'm such a disappointment."Skylar, if you dont open the door,I will break it down."He threatened.Nice try Taylor,but you won't.All of a sudden,there was a click.The door had been unlocked.He burst through the door when he saw me he stopped."S-Skylar."He stuttered in shock."Leave me alone!"I screamed scrambling to grab my razor again,but Taylor grabbed it before I could."Give me the razor Taylor!"I screamed reaching for it,but he threw it in te hallway and locked the door so we couldnt get out.He grabbed me and hugged me.

"Sky,Sky calm down."He said in a soothing voice.:"Dont tell me what to do!"I shouted and tried to hit him off me but it was useless.He's so much bigger and stronger then I am."Skylar."He wisphered and I stopped lashing arounf."Please."I stoped and stared into his eyes.They were so big and brown and I swear I got lost in them."I'm not goung to urt you."He wisphered and got closer to me.If that was even possible."P-Promise?"I asked, tears threating to spill over."I promise."

The last part of this chapther was kinda hard to write made me cry but chapthers 5-6 should be up today and 7 and 8 tomorrow sorry i havent updated in a while i have been really busy lately but i should be able to update every week at least once or twice a week.
