Aimi cleaned the table of the cafe she is working in. She looked outside and it was still raining. She faced palmed knowing she forgot to bring an umbrella. She changed her clothes back to her school uniform and waited outside until the rain stopped. "Are you waiting for someone?", a guy beside him asked. Aimi jumped to make a distance. "Tanaka-kun?!", she pointed at Ren. Ren looked at her and looked at the road. He opened his umbrella and offered it to Aimi. "Ah, its okay. I'll just wait for the rain to stop", Aimi waved her hands. "The rain wont stop tonight", he informed. "Then, we can share. I'll just be around that corner", Aimi pointed an apartment across the road. She slapped herself when she realized what she asked. "Then, what are you waiting for?", Ren asked. Aimi stepped inside but Ren created a distance. They crossed the road. "You're drenched. Thank you. If you could wait, I'll get a shirt for you", Aimi said then ran heading to her apartment and got a shirt. "You are expecting me to strip here?", Ren asked. Aimi blushed and led the way going to her apartment. She opened it. "Come inside", she said. Ren entered and stood at the living room. "Why are you standing? You may take a seat", Aimi forced a smile. "I'll just be using your toilet to change then I'll leave", Ren said. Aimi pointed where the toilet is. Its my first time having a boy inside my apartment. Good thing he's leaving afterwards. After a while, Ren went outside using Aimi's white shirt. "Is this yours? It's quite big for you", Ren said while putting his upper clothes inside a paper bag that Aimi prepared. "I kind off bought it without trying it. You can have it", Aimi said. Ren bowed then left.
Aimi breathed deeply and sat at her sofa. He's cool and unpredictable. Did he just leave because he saw how uncomfortable I was?
Ren entered a huge house. "Sir, I prepared a bath for you", one of the maids said. Ren walked towards his room and went to his bathroom. He soaked inside the thub and opened the window beside him. "It's still raining", he sighed. He remembered the white shirt and let out a short laugh. She didnt know that there's a flower at the back. Let's see, it's the first gift I received from a girl aside my Mom , Mayu, and Kumiko. Ren's phone rang.
Ren: Mom, you called.
Yui: Why does it sound like we havent me for a year?
Ren: I miss you, naturally. When are you coming back?
Yui: Hmmm. Are you just thinking of a good memory? Your voice tells me so.
Ren: A whil ago, I visited a girl's apartment
Yui: What did you just say?! I'm going home now!!!
Ren: Calm down Mom. I lended my umbrella and I got wet. She gave me a shirt. Girls are really an open book. I can see how uncomfortable she was with me inside.
Yui: Woah! Its your first time to talk about a girl aside from those princesses. Then, how did it go?
Ren: I got the shirt since it might be her way to compensate what I did for her. It was actually her second time not bringing an umbrella.
Yui: That's good. Make a lot of memories there. Coz in college, I cannot assure that your Grandpa will let you stay wherever you want. You're his favorite anyways.
Ren: Stop talking about favorites. See you when you come back.
Yui: Yes, I love you, Son.
Ren: Same goes with you.
Ren ended the call. He stretched his limbs then went out of the thub. He covered himself with towel. He went out and was startled when a girl came hugging him. "Mayu, I just came out from bath", Ren sighed. "Mayu said she wants to sleep over here", Hayato said while lying down Ren's house. "Mayu, I'm going to change", Ren said then pushed her outside his room. "Ren, we're all attending Shou's exhibit. I guess we should also prepare some congratulatory gifts", Hayato suggested. "Dont", Ren said in a soft voice. "Arent you heartless?", Hayato sat straight. "Prepare something that would comfort him", Ren looked at Hayato with serious eyes. "What do you know?", Hayato asked.
