Aimi entered the condominium. "I'm here Nyan-nyan-sensei", Aimi called while removing her shoes. "Oh, I didnt know I have a guest today", Aimi turned to stone hearing a manly voice. She straighten up and saw a middle aged man in front of her. She gulped and bowed very low. "Hello Sir, I am Saotome Aimi, Shou's classmate. I am just here to take the cat to bath", Aimi explained. Shou came running to the door and face palmed. "I forgot to tell you", he sighed. "Oh, why dont you come inside first", Seishirou, Shou's father invites her. Aimi cannot help but to look at Seishirou. His presence and posture says a lot about him. "Are you a secret agent, Sir?", she asked while they head at the living room. "What are you saying?", Shou whispered. Seishirou laughed and offered the seat. Aimi sat down looking at Seishirou. "What do you like? Coffee? Juice? Or anything?", Seishirou asked while he sits opposite to Aimi. "Just juice", she answered. "I'll have a cup of coffee", Seishirou raised his hand and looked at Shou. "Plus, I am craving for a blueberry cake. Shou, can you go and buy me one?", Seishirou asked. Shou left to buy.
Aimi sweatdropped with the atmosphere. "I am not going to torture you. Chill", Seishirou teased. Aimi sighed seeing that he can also joke around. "My name is Takuma Seishirou", he introduced himself. "I see. Shou got your height and also... hmmm?", Aimi looked intently at Seishirou. "Nothing else. He got a lot from her Mother", Seishirou smiled. Aimi remembered when Shou talked about her mom."How is Shou?", Seishirou asked. "Did you chase him.out because you're going to have me gossip about him?", Aimi pouted. Seishirou laughed. "Takuma-san, you got a great son", Aimi found herself blabbering it out. "Are you saying it because I am in front of you?", Seishirou asked. "Takuma is great when it comes to his paintings. He is serious about it. There was one time when he lectured to me about the stories behind every paintings and art work. He's also so talented with fast sketch. I cant even draw a dog decently. He can really be harsh with people who has the talent and he can be distant but he also respects those who tries so hard. He's not that open to his feelings but he can be sweet and supporting. Takuma cares for his friends", Aimi informed. Seishirou covered his face. Aimi knew he was holding his tears back. "I am so happy that he still manage to bring one more friend. Thank you for accepting Shou. And I am really sorry for him. I am also a bad example to him. The reason why he can be like that to people might be because of me", Seishirou bit his lips. "I dont know what happened to you Takuma-san but I see that you are a great person. Your presence tells me so. I believe Shou will also understand. He's your son after all", Aimi encouraged. Seishirou removed his hands and saw Aimi's smiling face. "As a father, can I have one request? Please be Shou's friend", Seishirou bowed his head. "What are you saying Takuma-san? I am already Takuma's friend", Aimi laughed. "Then, call him Shou", Seishirou permitted.
Shou came panting. He went to the kitchen and served the cake. "Shou, go on. You can rest. What do you want?", Seishirou asked. "I'll have mango juice", he answered and sat at the living room. He took a bit on the cake. "Shou, your dad is an interesting person", Aimi commented. Shou choked on her words. "Oh, I have given her the permission. You're friends after all, right?", Seishirou chuckled and served the juice. "By the way, Dad you owe me an apology", Shou pouted. "About the art exhibit? I wont apologize. I am convinced that I did it for your sake", Seishirou messed up his son's hair. "When are you going to visit Mom?", Shou suddenly opened. Aimi gulped and anticipated for an answer. Seishirou just went silent and sipped through his coffee. Shou walked Aimi out of the building. "Shou, I'm sorry for asking this and if you dont want to answer, it's okay", Aimi breathed deeply. "Isnt it also hard for you to ask your dad about your mom? You see, we're already in this age so I guess you could also understand why I ask you this question", Aimi explained. "Thank you for your concern. Dont worry. I wont ask you to mind your own business. You see, I am helping Dad get over it", Shou answered and smiled at Aimi.
At the same time, Ren walks heading at Ichirou and Kumiko's apartment. He knocked and the door was opened by Kumiko. The girl immediately closed the door. "Ah, its me... Kumiko", Ren knocked. Kumiko opened the door and forced a laughter. "Ah, Ren. Its already 7 in the evening. What are you doing here?", Kumiko asked. "Ichirou-ni asked me fix your computer", Ren answered. "Thats so... its okay. I'll just call someone", Kumiko shook her head. "Dont you want me here?", Ren asked. Kumiko stopped panicking and led him to their living room. "Your brother is not here?", Ren asked. Kumiko shook her head. "Its been 3 days since he's out", Kumiko answered. "He's so lucky to have a sister and yet he's not taking good care of you", Ren sighed. "It seem like you want to have a sister", Kumiko chuckled. She headed at the kitchen to cook for dinner. They sat together at the dining table. "Thanks for the food", Ren digged in the food. He smiled and continued eating. "Kumiko, how is Shou?", Ren asked. "Shou? He's fine. Why are you asking me? I guess you're closer to him than me. You're both boys afterall", Kumiko answered. "Shou... havent yet opened his heart for me", Ren informed. "He's maturing. We'll just have to wait for the time he can fully accept himself. Shall we go with him during his Mom's death anniversary?", Kumiko invited. "Let's do that then", Ren replied.
