Chapter 2

                 Being in love
                      With you.

    Last night once I got home,
(Benny had to open my door with his spare keys that I'm borrowing for now) I was out of it as I just went to sleep just like that.

I woke up a little late for work as I was in a hurry getting ready. The only thing bothering me last night is that necklace. And well, the cute guy that kissed me, but stole my phone and money.

I sighed annoyed as I finished getting ready and grabbing my messenger bag and went to work, before I did I left food out for Venus.

I took the elevator down, while going down I made a bun on my head, I looked in the mirrored wall fixing my dark brown hair. While fixing my make up a bit on my fair skin.

I walked out in the lobby greeting Benny before leaving in a hurry to catch my bus.

You'll see how my life is mostly everyday. Except school days are different, but since it's the weekend, it'll be busy.

I barely caught the bus as I got in catching my breath and finding a seat. I take a window seat as I see the bus starts to move. Since I don't have my phone I plug my earphones in my iPod. I know we're all IPod friendly here ,but do you have a plug to my zune?

I smile as my friend Cindy said that one time. I really miss her.

I start to listen to Beach House when my favorite song came up. Myth.

I rest my head on the window just watching the building pass by.

I started to relax when I see someone. And that someone is the guy that stole my things. I widen my eyes and get off the bus once it made a stop. I run after the guy only to lose him in the crowd. I kept looking and looking but he disappeared.

I quickly run back to the bus stop only for my bus to not be there. Damn it!

"Your late!" My boss says as I put my things in my locker.

"I know I know, I'm sorry but I was chasing after the guy that stole-" He cut me off.

"I don't care about your stupid guy problems, start wading tables." He says leaving the room dismissing the conversation.

I sigh as I grab my apron and tie it around my waist.

"Late again I see." Kelly, my co worker tells me scoffing.

"Still with the ugly mask on your face I see." I said rolling my eyes and walked out the back room and to the counter grabbing a pen and a small notebook.

After three hours later of busting tables my feet were starting to hurt. Going to a table with there drinks. I hate this table.

"Here's your milkshake, cola, and ice tea." I give Tiffany and Rafael with one of her friends there drink.

"Thanks." Rafael says not looking at me.

"Yeah, and your tip will be this: you should really use more make up to hide your flaws." Tiffany says cringing at me.

So I could look like a clown like you? Uh no thanks.

That's what I really wanted to say but couldn't, knowing her she'll get me fired.

I just walked away back into the kitchen. I let out a sigh as I took the food that was ready to there tables.

"There back again?" Pat the cook says looking at the Rats,that's what I like to call them.

"Yup."

   For the rest of the day I worked really hard for today that I got ready to leave.

"Hey, boss wants to talk to you." Kelly tells me.

I take of my apron and throw it in my locker.

"You wanted to see me?" I walked in his office.

He was sitting in his chair that's behind his desk. He looks at me with sinful eyes that make me uncomfortable.

"Heres your paycheck for the week." He says handing me an envelope.

I retrieved the envelope and take out the paper and read it. I look up at him confused.

"This is half of what I earned."

"Would you like to earn more?" He says pushing his chair back and spreading his legs rubbing his crotch.

What a fucking pig!

I scoffed,"Go ahead and ask Kelly." I said walking away.

I grabbed my stuff and walked out the Diner. I hate this job. Even worse I have to take the bus home now since my car is at the mechanic. Speaking of that, I have to go and get it back.

  Instead of the bus I just walk since it's close. I need to get a new job soon. I really do.

  After an hour later of walking I make to the mechanics shop. I see my car sitting there ready for me to drive. I walked up to the mechanic that was working on a different car.

"Oh hey, your back." He says cleaning his dirty hands on his already dirty rag.

"Yes, I'm here to pick my car up." I replied looking around.

There's another guy working on a car but he's really far.

"Alright, what's your car?" He asked going behind a counter and opening a book.

"It's Audi R8." I said fixing my bag.

He looks up from the book and looks at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Are you sure, it isn't that beetle that's out there miss?"

I pause for a moment just looking at him like he just said the dumbest question.

"Is that what it says in your book?" I asked crossing my arms with a raised eyebrow.

He shook his head and looked through the papers and went to the computer.

"Your Kata-"I cut him off before he said my full name in awe.

"Don't, please don't I'm sorry but could you just get my car please." I sighed.

"S-Sure thing Ms.Vincent!" He nodded his head,"Payne! Go get the R8 out front! Now!" He yelled at the guy that was working on the car over.

I looked and saw it was the same guy from last night...oh shit balls. My heart started to beat faster.

He's...hot.
