"I SEE THINGS THAT
NOBODY ELSE SEES." - Hazel Moon
---------------------------------------------
--🕊--Screaming. Screaming is all I can hear as I lay helplessly on the floor. How did I get here? Why can't I move? So many questions go through my head as I lay still on the floor. I look around the room I'm in, Black and brown mold dotted the ceiling in clusters, evident of rain seeping through the roof. The widows are covered in grime and dirt, the calm moonlight struggled to penetrate the darkness in thin thread rays. There's an open door in the middle
Of the room which shows a little light. Sharp shadows roam around the room. I then realize that there's no furniture besides and old broken bed and a sink which seems to be leaking. The only sound I hear now is the sound of the tap leaking, drip, drip, drip.
A horrible smell reaches my nose, something like copper. I try to move, but I end up whimpering as my body is in too much pain. Suddenly I hear a load scream, then a moaning noise.
I start panicking, 'how the hell did I even get here?' I think to myself. I look down at myself and see that I'm wearing a old long cream shirt, with black boots.
"AHHH" I jump at the sudden sound, trying to get up. Then suddenly I hear a load slashing nose then another scream, then everything goes quiet. I swallowed and after a moment I decided that where ever I am, I have to get the hell out of here. I raised myself on my elbows and whines as the pain hits me. 'What the hell? I feel like I just got hit on the head with a brick' I thought to myself.
Then I hear it, footsteps. The footsteps echo sharply around the room overly loud in my ears
I closed my eyes and toke a deep breath, peppering myself for what ever comes through that door. I could of gotten up, but the pain was too much for me, so I peppered myself.
Closing my eyes tightly, I waited for the footsteps to come to a stop. And when it did I held my breath and it made every hair on my neck stand up.
Closing my eyes tightly, I waited for that slashing nose to come, I waited for my blood to fly across the room and stain the walls, I waited for the scream that I'd make. But it never came, I held my breath and after a moment I slowly opened my eyes. And what a sight it was.
There stood before me was the most magnificent creature I've ever seen. It was a man, with wings. My eyes widen when I saw his face, he had the kind of face that stops you in your tracks. He was slim, muscular, with an almost perfectly symmetrical face. He wore a loose black silk shirt with leather cuffs and black trousers. However, he got better the more I looked.
His rich chocolate hair that had tousled griminess which promised fineness. He had strong arched brows and eyelashes so thick, it could be illegal. And then his eyes- they where deep and catastrophic, a vivid baby blue as a great body of water that softly melted into a milky green. This close, I could see the flecks of sliver in his eyes. He had a distant cheekbones and an angular jaw, his wings where the most purest white I've ever seen, it was quite big and dragged on the floor as he walked across the room, his pale skin made him look devilishly handsome.
