I Moved in with my uncle,Allen Graham,he was my mothers older brother,he was not what you would call er attractive in the sense of character or well er looks.
His house was located at the outskirts of our town it was a huge villa, it was ten times the size of our old house,i wondered how i would ever get to know the place well enough not to get lost and to make it worst it was surronded with alot of trees,leaving the house hidden.
My uncle was a surgeon who liked solitiude and who's only companion was a stray black cat he had adopted.
He saw love as an insignificant waste of time and so never settled,he had a house maid named nadezhda she was an unholy sight, she looked as if she weighed as much as a cow,with a worn out dirty old dress and apron she wore everyday, wih a giant mole on her face with her sticking out in foir diffrent directions,finishing up her look with a scowl that never left her face,she was to be my nanny.
"Hi,i'm summer" i said trying to break the awkward silence.
"I am Nadezhda Abasheva" she said,the scowl never leaving her face. I could not help but laugh.
My uncle shot me a glare.
"I..i'm sorry your name is just ermm unique" i said while moving my weight from one leg to the other.
"Well you can call her nade" my uncle said while grabbing his coat.
"Where are you going allen" we just called each other by our names and did not use the formality charade.
"Well,i have to go back to the hospital,nade we'll help you with everything you need,you start school tomorrow".
