Kaylie's Pov.
Should I tryout, no I shouldn't I'm probably not even good.
"Earth to Kaylie, hello!" Grayson said
"Hey, sorry" I said
"What are you thinking about?" Grayson said
"Nothing"
"Mmhm whatever" he said
"so are you coming?" he continued
"Coming?, Coming where?" I said confused
"Are you serious?..... I just told you"
" To the party Justin was talking about" he continued
"Right the party, umm who's going again?" I said
"Me, you, Angie, Ethan" he said in frustration
"Right, and why are we going?" I said
"Omg I can't believe you just said that........to have fun of course"
"Look if you don't want to go all you had to do is say no.........you didn't have to play dumb" he walking away
"Wait Grayson, I'm sorry I wasn't playing dumb and I do want to go" I said catching up with him
"Ok, so what where you thinking about that made you space out" he said laughing
"Nothing"
"Sure Kaylie what ever you say"he said laughing
I felt a muscular arm around my neck
"Hey babe" Justin said kissing me on the lips
"Hey"
"So have you guys decided on going to the party?" Justin said
"Yeah will be there" Grayson said
"Ok cool, you need a ride home Kaylie ?" Justin said
"No it's ok, I'm going home with Grayson"
"Oh ok, well call me when you get home ok" he lead leaning in and kissed my forehead.
"Ok" i smiled back
"Ready to go" Grayson said
"Yup"
We got in the car and we decided to get some food because we where starving, so we when to Chipotle.
"Kay what do you want?" Grayson asked
"A bowl, I'll be right back I need to make a call" I said heading outside
I went outside and finally decided to call the dance team and tell them that I wanted to tryout.
I dialed the number and a guy answer, he sounded young to be the manager of the dance team.
"Hello how may I help you" he said
"Hi my name is Kaylie and I would like to tryout for the dance team" I said nervously
"Great can I have your full name please?" he said
"Yes, Kaylie Cruz" I said
"Great, do you have your solo ready ?" He said
"Um.....yes....no...uhh kind of" I said
"Look I don't think I'm allowed to do this but you sound very excited about this so if you can come to my studio tomorrow and we'll go over what you got" he said
"Wow,um thanks....I was a dancer when I was younger but grew out of it and well now here I am" I said
"Well I'm sure you still got it in you, see you tomorrow bye"
