The Life He Never Knew

Foreword

Dear Readers,

PLEASE READ THE FOREWORD! I know some of you don't like to, but it will explain some things you'll need to know!

Disclaimer! I do not own Harry Potter!

This is a story about what would have happened if Lily and James had lived, and yet, if there was still Voldemort and Harry was still the Chosen One. I've seen a lot of books on Wattpad with this idea, except there is no Voldemort and no Chosen One and no war. So I thought, what if Lily and James lived, and yet there was a war and a Chosen One, just in some other fashion? And so this story is born. Now, we have to bear in mind that having no parents and growing up the way he did shaped who Harry was. So many things happened that would be different if Lily and James lived. I've planned out all of the major things that would have changed, but there are some minor ones I'm probably going to come across as I write. If there is a spot that doesn't make sense or wouldn't have happened if Lily and James had lived, please kindly let me know so I can fix it. Also, please keep in mind that this is a difficult story to write as so many things change. If you have any ideas, you can private message me and I'll try to incorporate it in there.

The first few chapters are to see Harry's early life, his relationship with people, and to meet some new characters. They will also help solve some things that could become problematic later on.

A lot of you are silent readers...don't be! Let me know what you think! Give me advice! I want to be the best writer I can be, so every bit of advice I get helps. (Hint hint: the more votes and comments I get, the more motivated I am. So maybe, if I get a lot, I'll update twice in a week!)
