You can request anyone, just keep in mind that I haven't played Skyrim in a few months, so I might get their personalities wrong. If I do, feel free to correct me.
If I remember correctly, I was a part of these guilds:

•The Theives Guild
•The Dark Brotherhood
•The Winterhold College
I also did the Dawnguard DLC, so you can request anyone from there too.
You can request Dragons as well, like Alduin, Paarthurnax, and Odahviing.
