I put on my outfit for today( in the mm) I didn't put my shoes on yet though I went down the stairs seeing August spread out on the floor with Nila sitting on him playing with her toys.

I went to the kitchen heating me up a breakfast corndog."No daddy count." She said.

"Nila I'm telling you it's 1 2 3 4 5." He argued back.

"1 2 3 3 2" she smiled.

"Ugh no Nila I'm not bout to argue with you." He groaned.

I took my breakfast out the microwave biting into it only to spit it out because it was too hot. I let it cool down then ate it August came back in giving Nila her cup,"You wanna talk about it now?" He asked me.

"Umm no." I shook my head, My phone dinged several times I looked it as image attachments from Keshia. Pictures of me entering and giving dances and stuff then a text followed it. 'Tell him pumpkin or these will go to his phone tomorrow your time is up tomorrow btw' the text read.

My heart felt like it dropped and stopped at the same time. August tried to look at what I was looking at but I hurried and locked my phone screen.

"What you lock ya phone fa? unlock it I wanna see what you seen." He said.

"No August." I shook my head fast.

He put Nila down she ran in the living room with her stuff laughing going to watch tv. He grabbed my phone putting in my password but it wouldn't unlock he put it in again then his fingerprint.

"So you changed the password and deleted my finger print!" He laughed."Unlock the shit Ski." He slid me my phone.

I really thought it was supposed to be the other way around but it wasn't. I unlocked it for him he went through my messages and stuff but it was nothing.

"August I think it's time for me to come clean about something." I said in a shaky voice."Last night I was-" I got cut off by the doorbell going off I sighed in relief thanking god he went to go get it.

I put my hands on the back of my neck pacing back and forward. Some dudes came in heading to the fridge, "Damn you is pretty what's yo name?" One stopped at me looking at me up and down.

I mugged the hell outta him August came back in leaning on the counter trying to make me continue," I can't it's too many people in here right now imma talk Nila to the park I'll probably tell you later." I went upstairs getting my shoes.

I came back downstairs getting Nila picking her up,"You wanna go to park huh fatty?" I cooed as I fixed her dress she had on.

August walked us to the door like we finna be gone for a week or something," Gimme kiss Nini." He turned his cheek she gave him a kiss on the cheek.

I gave him a peck on the lips going to the car I strapped in Nila closing the door I drove out the driveway.

I pulled up to the house taking a deep breath. I looked back at Nila she was sleep I kept the car running and put the windows down I got out closing the door.
