Accidental Love

Two in a Row

A huge smile spread across my face as I saw the plus sign. I walked into the bedroom and nodded vigorously, the smile creeping back.

"You are!?" Steven asks excitedly.

"Yes!" I say running towards him. I jumped on the bed and hugged him so tight. He hugged me back just as tight, if not tighter.

"Oh my god! I'm gonna be a dad!" He says wiping tears from his eyes. We kissed multiple times and Steven couldn't get his hand off of my nonexistent baby bump. "I love you" he says.

"I love you too" I smile. Two of the best days of my life in a row...I couldn't be luckier. "I have to text Alanna" I say.

"Why? Don't you wanna tell everyone at once?" He asks.

"She's the one that got me the pregnancy test...." I admitted.

"Oh" Steven sighed.

I grabbed my phone from the night stand and opened my messages. I clicked Alanna's name beginning to type 'I'm pregnant'. I hit send and almost immediately got a response.

'REALLY! I'm so happy for you! ♥️' she responded.

I smiled. 'Thank you, I'll see you tomorrow♥️' I hit send and placed my phone back down, just wanting to be with Steven in these moments. I laid down beside him and placed my head on his chest. I smiled to myself, 'I'm having a baby' I thought.

About a month had passed and everyone knew I was pregnant. I had the smallest baby-bump and Steven was now in a boot able to walk. We were on our way to the hospital for a check up on the baby.

Steven was so anxious to find out the gender of our baby. We decided to have a blood test done to find out what it was.

Once we were in the room and the blood test was finished, all we had to do was wait for the doctor to come back with our results. "What do you think it is?" I ask Steven.

"I think it's a boy" he says.

"Of course you do" I laugh. "I think it's a girl."

"Of course you do" he says mocking me.

"Haha" I say as the doctor came in the room.

"Who's ready to find out the gender of the baby?" The doctor asks.

"Actually..." I say. "We are going to have a gender reveal party, so could you write it down on a piece of paper?"

The doctor nodded. "Of course" he says. He took a pen out of his pocket and grabbed a note pad. He quickly wrote the gender and folded the paper a couple times. "Here you go" he says handing it to me.

"Thanks" I smile, taking the paper from him.

"No problem" he says. "Well you're good to go the baby looks healthy and is showing signs of significant growth."

I stood up shaking his hand. "Thank you so much" I smile.

Steven took his hand as well. "I really appreciate it, thank you" he says.

"You're both welcome, see you guys soon" he says.

We both leave and head for the car. "So we're going to Alanna's right?" Steven asks.

"Yea, she's planning the party so I'm gonna help her and give her this paper" I say.

Steven nodded taking the keys from his pocket. He got in the drivers seat and started the car. "It's so nice that I don't have to drive anymore" I chuckle.

Steven smirks backing out. "I just can't wait to go back to walking on just my foot" he says.

"I'm sure" I say pulling out my phone. "You know, the fans still don't know we are getting married or having a baby...."

"I think we should keep it that way" Steven says. "When people found out I was in a crash it went crazy"

"Yea, but I think we should let them know after the gender reveal" I say.

"Well if that's what you want then it's not a big deal" He says.

I don't respond looking at the blank screen of my phone, tapping it lightly.

We made it to Alanna's and we basically just walked in because we are there so much. "It's the Yeun's" Steven calls shutting the door behind us.

Alanna's daughter, Marlowe ran into the room smiling as she ran to Steven. Steven picked her up, placing her on his hip. "Hey munchkin" he chuckles.

I smile thinking about Steven and our future child. Alanna then came into hall waving. "I have a bunch of plans we need to go over" she says.

I nodded following after her. "I'll watch her" Steven states, disappearing into the living room.

Alanna and I went into her kitchen, siting at the counter. "Ok so here's what I have" she begins. "First we will have a bunch of different foods like dips and little sandwiches." She says.

I nodded listening. "Then we will have cupcakes with both blue and pink icing. Each cupcake will have a question mark on it" she says. "And for the final reveal, we will have a giant black ballon that you and Steven will shoot with a B-B gun to reveal either blue or pink confetti"

I smile laughing at the B-B gun idea. "Sounds great" I smile. "Steven will love the fact we get to shoot the balloon"

"That's mainly why I picked it" Alanna says. "Do you have the gender?"

I pulled the paper out of my purse, handing it to her. "Here you go" I say.

"Ok so it's Monday now, are you cool with this weekend?" She asks.

"Yeah that sounds great" I say.

Alanna handed me a stack of blank invitations and a pen. "Get to writing" she laughs.

I chuckle beginning to write Stevens parents name down.

"Can I look?" Alanna asks holding the paper with a smirk.

"Sure" I laugh watching her facial expressions.

She slowly unfolded the paper making sure the word wasn't visible for me to see. She reads the gender and a big smile creeps across her face. She lets a small evil laugh come out as she stared at me.
