"What do we do with it?" said Poakil.
"Well we can't just leave it here," Sajon exclaimed, "if anyone else found out about..."
Sajon was cut short by the door clunking open.
"What is the meaning of this?" roared 'The Grumbler'.
The boys were caught red handed.
"Alright Miss, nice to see you today, how's that marking?" said Poakil trying to divert the subject.
"Cut that out Poakil," she said abruptly "I know why your here."
"You do?" the boys said in unison.
"Yes I do," she said shakily "you were..." The grumbler broke down into tears.
"What's wrong miss?" said Ocarin.
"It's that photo," she pointed to the picture of her and Federalea.
"What's wrong with it?" Sajon asked.
"It's my wedding photo."
All the boys mouths dropped.
"So you are married to Feder..." Poakil was cut short by a sharp remark.
"I was married to him, that was when he was a lower league player. Then he was scouted by Heratonikhe Warriors. The fame went to his head and he left me."
"I'm so sorry," said Ocarin.
"No it's fine and to think that I knew him all my life. We sat next to each other in class."
The boys mouths dropped open again. "If you don't mind me asking miss," said Poakil "how old are you?"
She looked at them and said calmly
"Thirty-two next weekend."
For the third time, the boys mouths collectively dropped.
"Look, maybe I was just a little to hard on you this morning." The Grumbler said suddenly, "it's just that it would have been our anniversary...and...I just miss him!"
Miss Grumblert then broke down into a deep sob, but not a normal sob, this sob sounded like a donkey having various fruits thrown at him, don't ask me how I know what that sounds like.
" Look miss G," said Ocarin, finally plucking up the courage to speak, "I'm really sorry about what happened between you two, I think we should just go and forget this whole thing ever happened."
The emotional wreck of a teacher nodded and then sunk deep into her chair.
"Go...just...go."
