Even years after the war, Parvati refused to look at anything to do with divination. She had lost her best friend and hadn't been able to foresee it let alone stop it.
Everyday she would water her lavender plant and during that time, she would think about the past. Of all the times she and Lavender had eaten lunch with professor Trelawney, when they'd scolded Hermione for being so dismissive of the art of seeing the future. She remembered holding onto a sobbing Lavender after she and Ron had broken up.
When she finished her studies at Hogwarts, she went on to become a healer who specialized in lycanthropy seeing as, had she survived Fenrir Greyback's attack, Lavender would've been a werewolf.
